P300及SSR对抑郁症患者认知及自主神经功能评价的应用研究

【摘要】：目的探讨事件相关电位P300与交感神经皮肤反应（SSR）对抑郁症患者的认知功能及自主神经功能评定的价值。 方法对60例首次发病的抑郁症患者（病例组）和60例正常健康者（对照组）分别用丹迪Keypoint.net肌电/诱发电位仪进行P300、SSR检测，并对其结果进行比较，同时对各指标之间的相关性进行分析。 结果病例组患者经P300测定后发现，其N100、N200、P300波潜伏期和N200-P300波幅分别较对照组延长和降低，，差异具有统计学意义（P0.01）；病例组患者SSR测定后发现，其SSR潜伏期和波幅值分别较对照组延长和降低，差异具有统计学意义（P 0.01）；抑郁症病例组患者SSR潜伏期与N200、P300波潜伏期之间以及SSR波幅与N200-P300波幅之间均呈正相关（r=0.384－0.669，P 0.01），而病例组患者SSR潜伏期与N200-P300波幅之间，以及SSR波幅与N200、P300潜伏期间均呈负相关（r=-0.446－-0.557，P0.01）；P300及SSR与HAMD总分之间存在相关性。 结论P300及SSR能反映抑郁症患者认知功能和自主神经功能损害的严重程度，可作为抑郁症患者的辅助检查指标应用于临床实践中，可提供准确而可靠的量化依据，具有可靠的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of event-related potential (P300) and sympathetic skin response (SSR) in the evaluation of cognitive and autonomic nervous function in patients with depression. Methods 60 patients with first-onset depression (case group) and 60 normal controls (control group) were examined by Dandy Keypoint.net EMG / evoked potentiometer, and the results were compared. At the same time, the correlation between the indicators was analyzed. Results after P300 measurement, the latency and N200-P300 amplitude of P300 wave were longer and lower in the case group than those in the control group (P0.01). There was a correlation between P300, SSR and total score of HAMD. Conclusion P300 and SSR can reflect the severity of cognitive function and autonomic nervous dysfunction in patients with depression, and can be used as auxiliary examination indexes in clinical practice, and can provide accurate and reliable quantitative evidence. It has reliable clinical application value.
