血管性痴呆模型小鼠海马神经元的电生理改变

【摘要】:目的观察血管性痴呆(VD)发病过程中神经元的电生理改变。方法应用被动逃避反应实验、神经元硫堇染色技术、膜片钳操作技术,对实验动物的认知功能及动物海马CA1区神经元结构和密度进行评价,进而观察神经元的兴奋性。结果与假手术组小鼠相比,模型组小鼠被动逃避反应实验成绩明显下降,海马CA1区神经元密度未见明显改变,而海马神经元的兴奋性出现了显著降低。结论神经元电兴奋性的降低可能是导致VD的主要机制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the electrophysiological changes of neurons during the pathogenesis of vascular dementia (VD). Methods the passive escape reaction, neuronal thionine staining and patch clamp technique were used to evaluate the cognitive function, the structure and density of neurons in the CA1 region of hippocampus, and then to observe the excitability of neurons. Results compared with the sham operation group, the results of passive escape test in the model group decreased significantly, the density of neurons in the hippocampal CA1 region did not change significantly, but the excitability of the hippocampal neurons decreased significantly. Conclusion the decrease of neuronal electrical excitability may be one of the main mechanisms of VD.
