普罗布考联合美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病的效果和安全性评价

【摘要】：目的:观察分析抗氧化剂普罗布考联合美金刚在治疗阿尔茨海默病中的效果和安全性。方法:选取某院2013年1月至2014年3月收治的确诊为阿尔茨海默病的患者95例,按照数字表法将纳入的患者随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=47)。对照组给予美金刚药物治疗,观察组患者给予美金刚联合普罗布考治疗。记录并分析治疗前和治疗后3个月和6个月患者简易精神状态量表(MMSE得分)、阿尔茨海默病评价量表-认知分量表(ADAS-cog得分)和日常生活能力量表(ADL得分)的变化、治疗6个月后治疗疗效和治疗过程总不良反应情况。结果:(1)观察组治疗后3个月和6个月的MMSE得分分别为(15.87±0.86)分、(18.24±1.01)分,均优于对照组(14.77±0.84)分、(16.72±0.97)分,且差异均有显著性(P0.05)。(2)观察组治疗后3个月和6个月的ADAS-cog得分分别为(32.86±0.78)分、(29.01±0.51)分,均优于对照组(134.91±1.11)分、(31.76±0.64)分,且差异均有显著性(P0.05)。(3)观察组治疗后3个月和6个月的ADL得分分别为(28.01±0.70)分、(25.69±0.51)分,均优于对照组(29.88±0.81)分、(27.79±0.58)分,且差异均有显著性(P0.05)。(4)观察组治疗后6个月的总有效率为83.33%,显著高于对照组61.70%,且差异均有显著性(P0.05)。(5)观察组治疗过程中总不良反应率为20.83%,和对照组17.01%相比,差异不具有显著性(P0.05)。结论:抗氧化剂普罗布考联合美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病效果优于单独运用美金刚,对MMSE得分、ADAS-cog得分和ADL得分均有提高,且不会加重不良反应,是一种较好的治疗方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of antioxidant Probucol combined with MJ in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Methods: from January 2013 to March 2014, 95 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 47). The patients in the control group were treated with the drug and the patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of the drug and probucol. The changes of mini-mental state scale (MMSE), Alzheimer's disease evaluation scale (ADAS-cog) and activity of daily living (ADL) were recorded and analyzed before treatment and 3 and 6 months after treatment. After 6 months of treatment, the curative effect and the total adverse reactions during the treatment were observed. Results: (1) the MMSE scores of the observation group were (15.87 卤0.86) and (18.24 卤1.01), respectively, which were higher than those of the control group (14.77 卤0.84) and (16.72 卤0.97), respectively (P0.05). (2). The ADAS-cog scores of the observation group were (32.86 卤0.78) and (29.01 卤0.51), respectively. The ADL scores in the observation group were (28.01 卤0.70) and (25.69 卤0.51), respectively, which were better than those in the control group (29.88 卤0.81) and (27.79 卤0.58), respectively (P0.05). (3), and were significantly higher than those in the control group (134.91 卤1.11) and (31.76 卤0.64), respectively (P0.05). (3), and the ADL scores in the observation group were (28.01 卤0.70) and (25.69 卤0.51), respectively, which were better than those in the control group (29.88 卤0.81) and (27.79 卤0.58), respectively. And the difference was significant (P0.05). (4) the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33 months after treatment, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 61.70, and the difference was significant (P0.05). (5) the total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 20.83%, compared with 17.01% of the control group, there was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: the effect of Probucol combined with MJ on Alzheimer's disease is better than that of MJM alone. It can improve the scores of MMSE, ADAS-cog and ADL, and does not aggravate the adverse reaction, so it is a better treatment scheme.
