广州市阿尔茨海默病医保患者的直接经济负担研究

【摘要】：目的 :以广州市为例,研究阿尔茨海默病患者的直接经济负担,为医保和政府相关部门制定阿尔茨海默病患者的医保政策和财政补偿标准提供实证依据。方法 :利用2011—2012年广州市城镇职工和城镇居民基本医疗保险数据,结合患病率通过直接法计算直接经济负担,用非参数检验法对直接医疗费用在不同因素水平下进行分析。结果 :2011—2012年广州市阿尔茨海默病患者的直接经济负担分别为7 323.54万元和8 158.88万元。结论 :广州市阿尔茨海默病患者的直接经济负担较重,整合不同的医疗保险制度、探索新型的医疗服务模式、加强早期预防和诊断、推动长期护理保险制度发展非常必要。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the direct economic burden of patients with Alzheimer's disease in Guangzhou City, and to provide empirical evidence for the establishment of health insurance policy and financial compensation standards for Alzheimer's disease patients by health insurance and government departments. Methods: based on the basic medical insurance data of urban workers and urban residents in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2012, the direct economic burden was calculated by the direct method of prevalence, and the direct medical expenses were analyzed under different factors by non-parametric test. Results: the direct economic burden of Alzheimer's disease patients in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2012 was 73.2354 million yuan and 81.5888 million yuan respectively. Conclusion: the direct economic burden of patients with Alzheimer's disease in Guangzhou is heavy. It is necessary to integrate different medical insurance systems, explore new modes of medical service, strengthen early prevention and diagnosis, and promote the development of long-term nursing insurance system.
