运用RDI游戏培养幼儿自闭症经验分享能力的个案研究

【摘要】:自闭症(Autism)是一种由于神经系统失调导致的发育障碍,其中社交能力的发展障碍是自闭症患儿的最主要特征。而RDI(人际关系发展干预疗法)就是主要用来发展自闭症患儿的人际交往能力的,,它依据一般儿童习得建立情感关系能力的方式,运用详细的人际发展评估方式,以游戏为主导,采用指导师和家长引导式参与游戏的方式,诱发孩子的主动性和沟通的动机,训练孩子进行互动行为,培养自闭症患儿“经验分享”这种重要的能力,对自闭症儿童的训练模式的探索、对孩子教育管理的方法的选择具有重要的启示作用。 本个案小X从确诊到进青岛以琳之前在机构和家里进行了密集的各种疗法的训练,行为上是有些进步,可眼神接触几乎为零,就算是有,也是被动无意义的。所以进入以琳,经过特教老师的访谈、观察、评估,结合小X年龄小的特点,决定从最基础的第一级开始对小X进行为期九个月的RDI游戏训练,围绕着治疗目标,特教老师依时间逐次设计了二十四次游戏,时间一天天过去,成效开始显露,经过循序渐进的RDI游戏训练,小X的眼神接触比训练前要主动、持久了;他对人开始有了兴趣、专注;他的参与、社会参照、共同调控的能力也有所提升。这些进步为他今后的经验分享能力的发展奠定了基础。小X进行治疗前后的变化说明了RDI游戏对培养幼儿自闭症经验分享能力是有效的,给家长带来了希望的曙光。因此本文在最后进行了总结和建议,希望能为机构和家长提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Autistic (Autism) is a developmental disorder caused by nervous system disorder, in which the developmental disorder of social ability is the most important characteristic of autistic children. RDI (interpersonal relationship development intervention therapy) is mainly used to develop the interpersonal ability of children with autism. Taking the game as the leading factor, using the way of the guidance of the instructor and the parents to participate in the game, to induce the children's initiative and communication motivation, to train the children's interactive behavior, and to develop the important ability of "experience sharing" of the autistic children. The exploration of the training mode of autistic children has an important enlightening effect on the choice of educational management methods for children. This case of small X from the diagnosis to Qingdao Yilin before the organization and home intensive training in various treatments, behavior is some progress, but eye contact is almost zero, even if there is, but also passive meaningless. So into Yilin, through interviews, observation, evaluation, and combining with the characteristics of small X's age, she decided to start a nine-month RDI game training for small X from the most basic level, and revolve around the treatment goal. Special teacher time by time designed 24 games, the time passed day by day, the results began to show, after a gradual RDI game training, small X eye contact than before the training to be active, lasting; He became interested and focused on people; his ability to participate, social reference, and co-regulation improved. These advances laid the foundation for the development of his ability to share experience in the future. The change of small X before and after treatment shows that the RDI game is effective in training the ability of children with autism experience sharing, and brings hope to parents. Therefore, this paper summarizes and suggests in the end, hoping to provide reference and reference for institutions and parents.
