伴与不伴有躯体化症状的首发中青年抑郁症患者认知功能的对照研究

【摘要】：目的：1.伴有躯体化症状的抑郁症患者是否比不伴有躯体化的抑郁症患者存在更为严重的认知功能损害 2.伴有躯体化症状的抑郁症患者额颞叶损害是否比不伴有躯体化的抑郁症患者损害更为严重。 3.探究抑郁症患者和伴有躯体化症状的抑郁症患者认知功能损害的脑神经基础方法：对61例伴有躯体化症状的抑郁症患者(SD组)、58例不伴有躯体化症状的抑郁症患者(WSD组)和60例健康者(对照组)两两分别进行认知功能的对照性评估,用韦氏成人智能量表、韦氏记忆量表、威斯康星卡片分类测验评估其认知功能。结果：1.对照组的木块图、操作智商和积累[分别为(7.96±1.25)分,(89.92±13.49)分,(10.45±1.40)分]与WSD组[分别为(7.55±1.49)分,(88.14±9.82)分,(10.30±2.50)分]差异有显著性(P0.05) 2.SD组的算术、木块图、图片排列、操作智商和积累[分别为(8.56±3.28)分,(7.36±1.25)分,(9.20±2.13)分,(87.92±13.49)分,(9.70±2.40)分]与对照组[分别为(10.56±3.29)分,(7.96±1.25)分,(10.20±2.13)分,(89.92±13.49)分,(10.45±1.40)分]差异有显著性(P0.05) 3.SD组的词汇、图画填空、再认、理解和持续错误数[分别为(9.74±2.40)分,(5.54±1.65)分,(7.07±2.35)分,(6.41±2.57)分,(69.02±11.49)分]与WSD组[分别为(10.74±2.91)分,(6.30±1.91)分,(8.28±2.76)分,(8.28±2.23)分,(53.11±12.92)分]差异有显著性(P0.05) 结论：1.首发中青年抑郁症患者存在严重的认知功能损害 2.伴有躯体化症状的首发中青年抑郁症患者较不伴有躯体化症状的首发中青年抑郁症患者认知功能受损更为严重 3.伴有躯体化症状的抑郁症患者额颞叶损害可能比不伴有躯体化的抑郁症患者损害更为严重
[Abstract]:Purpose 1. Is there a more severe cognitive impairment in depression with somatization than in depression without somatization? Whether the frontal and temporal lobe damage is more serious in depression patients with somatization than in depression patients without somatization. 3. To explore the basis of cognitive impairment in patients with depression and depression with somatization methods: 61 patients with depression with somatization (SD group), The cognitive function of 58 patients with depression without somatic symptoms (WSD group) and 60 healthy persons (control group) were evaluated by Wechsler Adult Intelligence scale (WIMIS) and Wechsler memory scale (WMS), respectively. The Wisconsin card sorting test assessed its cognitive function. Results: 1. [(87.92 卤13.49), (9.70 卤2.40)] and the control group [(10.56 卤3.29), (7.96 卤1.25), (10.20 卤2.13), (89.92 卤13.49), respectively] and the control group [(10.56 卤3.29), (7.96 卤1.25), (10.20 卤2.13), (89.92 卤13.49), respectively] There was a significant difference (P0.05) in the number of words, pictures, recognition, comprehension and persistent errors in the 3.SD group [(9.74 卤2.40), (5.54 卤1.65), (7.07 卤2.35), respectively]. (6.41 卤2.57), (69.02 卤11.49) and WSD [(10.74 卤2.91), (6.30 卤1.91), (8.28 卤2.76), (8.28 卤2.23), respectively] (53.11 卤12.92), there was significant difference (P0.05) conclusion: 1. The first episode of depression in young and middle-aged patients had serious cognitive impairment 2. 5%. The cognitive impairment of the first-onset depression patients with somatization symptoms was more serious than that of the first-episode young depression patients without somatization symptoms. Frontal and temporal lobe damage may be more severe in patients with depression with somatization than with depression without somatization
