基于张量的形态学测量在轻度认知障碍患者大脑灰质萎缩诊断中的价值
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the pattern of gray matter structure atrophy in patients with mild cognitive impairment and to distinguish the different patterns of gray matter structure atrophy in different subtypes of mild cognitive impairment. Methods data were obtained from the neuroimaging (Alzheimer's disease neuroimaging initiative,ADNI database of Alzheimer's disease, including 34 normal subjects. In 22 patients with stable mild cognitive impairment and 20 patients with progressive mild cognitive impairment, longitudinal high resolution MRI 3D T1W structural images were observed at 60 months. Based on Zhang Liang's morphology (tensor-based morphology,TBM) measurement method, the data are analyzed, and the value and trace of determinant are calculated by using the Jacobian matrix obtained in the course of DARTEL registration, and the intra-group variance analysis of the obtained characteristic parameters is carried out. Then the rule and characteristics of gray matter atrophy at different tracking time points at different time points of the first scan were obtained by using the paired t test of multiple comparisons. Results the results obtained by using the two parameters were relatively consistent. The data of the three groups showed that with the passage of time, the area of gray matter atrophy gradually expanded and the degree of atrophy gradually increased, especially for temporal lobe and frontal lobe. Hippocampal and cingulate gyrus and other cognitive-related areas of atrophy is the most obvious. But at the same time, compared with the normal group, the gray matter atrophy was more serious in the stable mild cognitive impairment group, and the most serious in the progressive mild cognitive impairment group. Conclusion the difference of gray matter atrophy obtained by TBM can be used to distinguish stability, progressive mild cognitive impairment and normal brain structure, which can be used to guide the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and related clinical intervention.
