磁共振成像预测抑郁症治疗效果的研究进展

【摘要】:抑郁症是常见的精神疾病,主要表现心境低落、兴趣和愉快感丧失、精力不济或疲劳感,此外还包括注意能力降低、自我评价降低、睡眠障碍、食欲下降,悲观、自伤或自杀的观念或行为。抑郁症的患病率高,自杀率高,给个人及社会带来沉重的负担。抑郁症的治疗难度大,耗时长且复发率高,因此临床上缩短治疗时间窗及尽早确定有效的治疗方案成为一项巨大的挑战。寻找能够预测抑郁症治疗效果的生物学标记物对抑郁症治疗意义重大。目前利用磁共振成像预测抑郁症的治疗效果成为一大研究热点,本文将从结构磁共振成像、弥散张量成像、功能磁共振成像3个方面来阐述磁共振成像对抑郁症治疗效果的预测,希望可以为临床决策提供指导。
[Abstract]:Depression is a common mental disorder characterized by depression, loss of interest and pleasure, lack of energy or fatigue, and decreased attention, self-evaluation, sleep disorders, loss of appetite, and pessimism. The idea or act of injuring or committing suicide. The prevalence of depression is high and the suicide rate is high, which brings a heavy burden to individuals and society. The treatment of depression is difficult, time-consuming and has a high recurrence rate. Therefore, shortening the time window of treatment and determining an effective treatment plan as soon as possible has become a great challenge. Searching for biological markers that can predict the therapeutic effect of depression is of great significance to the treatment of depression. At present, predicting the therapeutic effect of depression by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become a hot research topic. In this paper, we will focus on structural magnetic resonance imaging, diffuse Zhang Liang imaging, Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is used to predict the therapeutic effect of depression in order to provide guidance for clinical decision-making.
