心智化疗法对甲基苯丙胺成瘾者焦虑抑郁及慢性渴求的干预效果研究

【摘要】：目的探讨心智化疗法对甲基苯丙胺成瘾人员焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪及慢性药物渴求的干预效果。方法以辽宁省6个强制隔离戒毒所612例甲基苯丙胺成瘾人员为研究对象,分为试验组(心智化疗法)与对照组,每组各306例患者。采用贝克焦虑量表、贝克抑郁量表和药物渴求量表评价两组戒毒人员的焦虑、抑郁及慢性渴求情况。结果心智化疗法干预后试验组贝克焦虑量表、贝克抑郁量表和药物渴求量表得分较干预前降低(P0.05),试验组干预后贝克焦虑量表、贝克抑郁量表和药物渴求量表得分下降趋势较对照组更加明显(P0.05)。结论心智化疗法可以在一定程度上改善甲基苯丙胺成瘾人员的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,并减轻其对毒品的慢性渴求状况。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of mental chemotherapy on anxiety, depression and chronic drug craving in methamphetamine addicts. Methods 612 patients with methamphetamine addiction were divided into experimental group (mental chemotherapy group) and control group (306 patients in each group). The anxiety, depression and chronic craving of drug addicts were evaluated by Baker anxiety scale, Baker Depression scale and Drug craving scale. Results the scores of Beck anxiety scale, Beck depression scale and drug craving scale in the trial group were lower than those before intervention (P0.05). The scores of Beck Depression scale and Drug craving scale were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Mental therapy can improve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions of methamphetamine addicts to some extent, and alleviate their chronic drug craving.
