基于体素的形态测量学在抑郁症研究中的应用

【摘要】:正抑郁症是情感性精神障碍的主要类型,临床上以显著而持久的心境低落为主要特征。目前普遍认为抑郁症患者同时存在脑功能和脑结构的改变,而脑结构改变主要定位于与情感加工有关的边缘系统-皮层-纹状体-苍白球-丘脑神经环路(limbic-cortical-striatal-pallidal-thalamic,LCSPT)。基于体素的形态测量学(voxel-based morphometry,VBM)可以对脑结构图像进行全面、自动化分析,通过比较成组受试者高分辨力T1WI结构性影像,获得全脑组织密度或体积改变的信息[1]。通过对抑郁症患者的VBM研究有助于揭示抑郁症的发生机制,本文主要就VBM在抑郁症研究中的应用作一综述,探讨此技术基本原理、方法及优缺点。
[Abstract]:Orthodontic depression is the main type of affective disorder, characterized by significant and persistent depression. At present, it is generally believed that there are changes in brain function and brain structure in patients with depression. The changes of brain structure are mainly located in the cortical striatum pallidus colliculus neural loop (limbic-cortical-striatal-pallidal-thalamic,LCSPT) which is related to emotional processing. Morphometry based on voxel (voxel-based morphometry,VBM) can be used to analyze the brain structure image completely and automatically. By comparing the structural images of T1WI with high resolution, we can get the information about the density or volume change of the whole brain tissue [1]. Through the study of VBM in patients with depression, it is helpful to reveal the mechanism of depression. This paper reviews the application of VBM in depression research, and discusses the basic principle, methods, advantages and disadvantages of this technique.
