自闭症谱系障碍患者异常感觉反应研究综述

【摘要】：1943年Kanner首次提出"自闭症"一词,那时便发现该群体存在异常感觉反应症状。一直以来,是否应该将感觉症状作为自闭症谱系障碍(Autistic Spectrum Disorder,ASD)的诊断标准充满了争议。然而,最新出版的《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第五版明确将异常感觉反应作为自闭症谱系障碍的诊断标准之一。目前,主要将自闭症谱系障碍患者的异常感觉反应分为反应过度、反应不足和感觉寻求。因此,文章将主要基于这三种反应类型来对自闭症谱系障碍患者异常感觉反应的特征、异常感觉反应与其它障碍之间的关系以及测评与干预进行综述。最后,对相关研究进行了小结与反思。
[Abstract]:When Kanner first coined the word autism in 1943, it was discovered that the group had symptoms of abnormal sensory reactions. Whether sensory symptoms should be used as a diagnostic criterion for autism spectrum disorder (Autistic Spectrum Disorder,ASD) has long been controversial. However, the fifth edition of the newly published Manual for the diagnosis and Statistics of Mental Disorders explicitly identifies abnormal sensory responses as one of the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorders. At present, abnormal sensory responses in patients with autism spectrum disorders are classified as overreaction, underreaction and sensory seeking. Therefore, based on these three types of responses, the characteristics of abnormal sensory responses, the relationship between abnormal sensory responses and other disorders, and the evaluation and intervention in patients with autism spectrum disorders are reviewed. Finally, the related research is summarized and reflected.
