血清S100β与基质金属蛋白酶-9在糖耐量减低并血管性痴呆患者血清中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的探讨血清S100β与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在糖耐量减低并血管性痴呆患者血清中的表达及意义。方法选取住院就诊的多梗死性痴呆合并糖耐量减低患者共75例,患者分为重、中、低度组,正常健康体检者25例作为对照组,分别检测简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)、S100β和MMP-9,收集数据进行分析。结果 S100β在糖耐量减低并血管性痴呆高、中、低组与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),S100β与MMSE呈负相关(r=-0.921 2,P0.05);MMP-9在糖耐量减低并血管性痴呆重、中、低度患者与正常健康体检者比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01),MMP-9与MMSE呈负相关(r=-0.986 6,P0.05)。结论糖耐量减低可导致S100β和MMP-9的表达增加从而诱发血管性痴呆的产生,血清S100β、MMP-9可能与糖耐量减低并血管性痴呆患者的发病有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of serum S100 尾 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in patients with impaired glucose tolerance and vascular dementia. Methods A total of 75 patients with multi-infarct dementia complicated with impaired glucose tolerance were selected. The patients were divided into three groups: severe, moderate, low-grade and normal physical check-up (25 cases) as control group. (MMSE), was measured by mini-mental state assessment scale. S100 尾 and MMP-9, were collected for analysis. Results the levels of S100 尾 in impaired glucose tolerance complicated with vascular dementia were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.01). There was a negative correlation between S100 尾 and MMSE (r = 0.921 2, P0.05). There was a significant difference in MMP-9 between patients with impaired glucose tolerance and vascular dementia (P 0.05, P0.01), and there was a negative correlation between MMP-9 and MMSE (r = 0.986 6, P0.05). Conclusion impaired glucose tolerance can induce vascular dementia by increasing the expression of S100 尾 and MMP-9. Serum S100 尾 and MMP-9 may be related to the pathogenesis of vascular dementia in patients with impaired glucose tolerance.
