[Abstract]:Background: lack of pleasure is most likely to be the internal phenotype of depression, which is of great significance to the treatment and prognosis of depression. However, at present, there is a lack of tools to evaluate pleasure loss in patients with depression in China. Objective: to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of Snakes-Hamilton pleasure scale (Snaith-Hamilton Pleasure Scale,SHAPS) in patients with depression. Methods: 166patients with depression were tested with Snyss-Hamilton pleasure scale (Snaith-Hamilton Pleasure Scale,SHAPS), Baker Depression questionnaire version 1 (Beck Depression Inventory,BDI-I) and Hamilton Depression scale (Hamilton Depression rating scale,HAMD-17). The validity was evaluated by criterion validity and exploratory factor analysis, and its reliability was evaluated by internal consistency and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: the intra-group correlation coefficients (ICC) between SHAPS and HAMD-17,BDI-I were 0.90 (P0.001) and 0.91 (P0.001), respectively. Exploratory factor analysis showed that two common factors could be extracted from SHAPS. The Cronbach 伪 coefficient with cumulative variance contribution rate of 62.76%.SHAPS was 0.94, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.91 (P0.001) one week later. The correlation coefficient of each item was 0.30 ~ 0.93, and the correlation coefficient between each item and the total score of SHAPS was 0.61 ~ 0.79. Conclusion: the Chinese version of Snyss-Hamilton pleasure scale (SHAPS) has good validity and reliability, and it can be used in the related study of depression patients with pleasure deficiency.
