抑郁症状与年龄、性别相关因素的分析

【摘要】:目的:本课题研究的目的为分析年龄和性别因素在抑郁障碍门诊患者的诊断和症状学上的影响。探讨在不同年龄段和性别中抑郁患者的临床特征是否存在差异。 方法:对符合入组标准的328例门诊抑郁患者进行分析,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项、蒙哥马利-阿瑟伯格抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表以及特征症状筛查表进行评定。 结果:老年患者更多的表现有罪感、激越、精神焦虑、躯体焦虑、全身症状、疑病、偏执状态和认知障碍。男性在工作和活动、阻滞、性症状、人格解体表现得更为明显。焦虑症状,躯体症状和精神病性症状为老年女性特征性症状。各个亚组在抑郁情绪、日夜变化和动力不足上存在年龄和性别的交互作用。 结论:随着患者年龄的增长,抑郁症状有加重的趋势。年龄、性别以及它们之间的交互作用能够影响抑郁症状的严重程度和特征。它们在症状学上的差异是量(维度)的而不是质(分类)的。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of age and sex factors on the diagnosis and symptomatology of depressive disorder outpatients. To explore whether there are differences in clinical characteristics of depressive patients in different ages and genders. Methods: 328 outpatients with depression were analyzed. 24 items of Hamilton depression scale, Montgomery-Asselberg depression scale, Hamilton anxiety scale and characteristic symptom screening table were used to evaluate the depression. Results: more elderly patients showed guilt, agitation, mental anxiety, somatic anxiety, systemic symptoms, suspicion, paranoid ideation and cognitive impairment. Men are more obvious in work and activity, block, sexual symptoms and personality disintegration. Anxiety symptoms, physical symptoms and psychotic symptoms are characteristic symptoms of elderly women. There was age and gender interaction in depression, day and night changes and lack of motivation in each subgroup. Conclusion: with the increase of age, the depressive symptoms tend to aggravate. Age, sex and their interactions can affect the severity and characteristics of depressive symptoms. Their symptomatic differences are quantitative (dimensional) rather than qualitative (classified).
