【摘要】:目的应用量子点荧光探针检测临床颈部淋巴结阴性(c N0)舌鳞癌组织中肿瘤转移相关因子1(MTA1)蛋白的表达强度,探讨MTA1的表达与舌鳞癌组织病理分级的相关性。方法量子点荧光探针及免疫组化染色法检测48例舌鳞癌标本MTA1在鳞癌组织及癌周围正常组织中的表达,同时按照组织病理分级分组比较各组间MTA1蛋白表达强度的差异。结果量子点荧光探针检测MTA1蛋白在高分化(Ⅰ级)、中分化(Ⅱ级)及低分化(Ⅲ级)组中的阳性表达率分别为42.1%、73.3%、85.7%,各组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05);免疫组化染色检测MTA1蛋白在3组中的阳性表达率分别为36.8%、66.7%、78.6%,各组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05),即分化程度越低,其阳性表达率越高。结论 MTA1蛋白表达强度与c N_0舌鳞癌病理分化程度关系密切,MTA1蛋白可能在c N0舌鳞癌的局部浸润生长中起重要作用。
