疱疹病毒与侵袭性牙周炎关系的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的:.研究证实疱疹病毒的检出率与侵袭性牙周炎的发病及严重程度有关系,然而由于检测人群、取样方法以及检测方法的差异,此种联系仍然存在争议。本课题拟通过总结现有的病例对照研究,探索疱疹病毒与侵袭性牙周炎之间的关系。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台以及维普期刊资源整合服务平台,全面系统的收集对比疱疹病毒与侵袭性牙周炎关系的病例对照研究。检索时间截止至2015年10月。按照Cochrane系统评价方法,2位评价者独立使用纳入标准筛选文献、提取数据。运用Revman及STATA软件完成数据的综合与处理。结果:与对照组相比,人巨细胞病毒(Human cytomegalovirus, HCMV)和单纯疱疹病毒1型(Herpes simplex virus 1, HSV-1)均与侵袭性牙周炎显示出明显的相关性(HCMV共纳入13项研究,p0.0001, OR= 5.37,95% CI=2.35-12.26; HSV-1共纳入4项研究,p0.001, OR=20.99,95% CI=8.52-51.73),敏感性分析证实两项结果稳定可靠,Begg's等级相关测试(Begg's rank correlation test)及Egger's漏斗图对称性测试(Egger's funnel plot asymmetry test)证实无明显的发表偏倚。EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus, EBV)同样显示出与侵袭性牙周炎较高的相关性(共纳入10项研究,p=0.001, OR=5.43,95% CI=1.94-15.22),敏感性分析证实结果稳定,但是同时存在一定的发表偏倚。结论:综合现有的研究证据,HCMV和HSV-1的检出率与侵袭性牙周炎显示出明显的相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective\\\. The relationship between herpesvirus and invasive periodontitis was explored by summarizing the existing case-control studies. Methods: Pubmeda Embase was searched by computer. CNKI, Wanfang data knowledge Service platform and Weipu periodical Resource Integration Service platform. A comprehensive and systematic case-control study was conducted to compare the relationship between herpes virus and invasive periodontitis. The search time was up to October 2015. According to the evaluation method of Cochrane system. Two evaluators independently used inclusion criteria to screen literature and extract data. Revman and STATA software were used to complete the data synthesis and processing. Results: compared with the control group. Human cytomegalovirus (simplex) and herpes simplex virus type 1 (Herpes simplex virus 1). HSV-1) showed significant correlation with invasive periodontitis. HCMV was included in 13 studies (P 0.0001, OR = 5.37). 95% CI 2.35-12.26; HSV-1 included 4 studies (p 0.001), ORG 20.99% CI 8.52-51.73. Sensitivity analysis confirmed that the two results were stable and reliable. Begg's grade correlation test (Beggs rank correlation test) and Egger's funnel symmetry test (. Egger's funnel plot asymmetry test confirmed that there was no obvious publication bias. Epstein-Barr virus. EBV also showed a high correlation with invasive periodontitis (including 10 studies, p0.001, ORV 5.43 95% CI 1.94-15.22). Sensitivity analysis confirmed that the results were stable, but there was a certain degree of publication bias. Conclusion: the detection rate of HCMV and HSV-1 is significantly correlated with invasive periodontitis.
