颌骨paget病1例

【摘要】：正Paget病,又名畸形性骨炎,是一种慢性进行性疾病[1],主要特点为骨改建和骨结构异常。早期多无症状,在影像及生化检查中发现,本文介绍1例颌骨Paget病患者的诊断治疗。1病例报告患者女性,62岁,2010年6月于外院拔牙,拔牙创长期不愈,有少量脓性分泌物,3个月后拔除邻牙,2周后行病灶刮治术,未见好转。2011年9月行"死骨清除术",2012年10月来我院就诊,行CT检查示颅盖骨、颅底骨及颅面骨弥漫
[Abstract]:Positive Paget disease, also known as deformed osteositis, is a chronic progressive disease characterized by bone remodeling and abnormal bone structure. This paper introduces the diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of Paget's disease of jaw. 1 A case of female who was 62 years old was reported. In June 2010, the teeth were extracted from the hospital for a long time, and there was a small amount of purulent secretion. After 3 months, the adjacent teeth were removed for 2 weeks, and the focus curettage was performed. No improvement was seen. In September 2011, "dead bone removal" was performed. In October 2012, we came to our hospital. Ct examination showed that skull base, skull base and craniofacial bone were diffuse.
