特发性髁突吸收患者下颌骨CBCT影像特点的研究

【摘要】:目的:研究特发性髁突吸收(ICR)患者下颌骨锥体束CT(CBCT)的影像学特点。方法:选取ICR患者和正常志愿者各41例,应用Invivo5软件测量所有受试者下颌骨CBCT数据资料,并进行统计学分析。结果:ICR组与正常组间SNB、NP-FH、S-Go、S-Go/N-Me、Co-Go、H、ACo-PCo、PCo-Co、前斜角、S-Ar-Go、Co-Go-Me的差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而N-Me、Go-Me、S-Co、ACo-Co、后斜角无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:ICR仅发生在髁突的顶端和前斜面,以髁突高度降低为主。ICR患者的下颌后缩由下颌骨后下旋转引起,而非髁突后移所致。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the imaging features of mandibular conical tract CTC CBCTs in patients with idiopathic condylar resorption (ICR). Methods: the mandibular CBCT data of all subjects were measured by Invivo5 software in 41 patients with ICR and 41 normal volunteers. Results between the two groups, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (SNBNP-FHHS-GoS-GoP / N-MeCoCo-Co-CoACo-CoA, S-Ar-Go-CoCo-Go-Me, N-MeGo-MeS-CoACo-CoCo-Co-Co.P 0.05). Conclusion the results showed that the incidence of Scole ICR was only at the apical and anterior oblique plane of the condyle, but there was no significant difference between the N-MeGo-MeS-CoACo-CoCo-Co.Conclusion the occurrence of Pregrade ICR was only at the apex of the condyle and the anterior oblique plane, and there was no significant difference in the posterior angle between the two groups. The mandibular retraction of ICR patients was caused by the posterior rotation of mandible, not by the backward movement of condyle.
