新疆维汉青少年骨性Ⅰ类错牙合畸形X线头影测量研究

【摘要】：目的:研究维吾尔族与汉族恒牙早期骨性Ⅰ类青少年上气道形态和舌骨位置的情况及其差异性。方法:采用计算机辅助X线头影测量技术,对恒牙早期患者的X线头颅定位侧位片进行测量,描图并进行颌骨、舌骨及上气道的测量,对数据进行统计学处理。结果:在上气道测量中,汉族与维吾尔族骨性Ⅰ类错牙合各测量值相比较无显著性差异;在舌骨位置测量中,汉族与维吾尔族舌骨在垂直方向上均无显著差异,在水平方向上,汉族H-CVP较维吾尔族测量值大,差异有统计学意义。结论:维吾尔族与汉族恒牙早期骨性Ⅰ类错牙合畸形青少年上气道形态差异无统计学意义,舌骨水平方向差异有统计学意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the morphology and hyoid position of upper airway and hyoid bone in the early stage of permanent teeth of Uygur and Han nationality. Methods: computer aided cephalometric technique was used to measure the upper airway and hyoid bone position in the early stage of permanent teeth of Uygur and Han nationality. The X-ray lateral radiographs of patients with early permanent teeth were measured, and the maxillary, hyoid and upper airway were measured.
