往复运动镍钛锉根管预备成形能力的体外研究

【摘要】:目的比较4种机用镍钛器械预备树脂模拟弯曲根管的成形能力,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 40个单弯树脂模拟根管随机分为4组,每组10个,分别使用Reciproc(组1)、Wave One(组2)、Mtwo(组3)和Pro Taper(组4)进行根管预备,记录4组的预备时间,测量预备后根管的工作长度;使用扫描仪获取4组预备前后的根管图像,使用Photoshop和Image J软件进行图像重叠并测量预备后根管弯曲角度的变化值,从距根尖孔1 mm开始,每隔1 mm测量根管内外侧壁树脂去除量,共10个测量点,计算中心定位能力。使用单因素方差分析、Kruskal-Wallis检验和SNK检验进行统计学分析,检验水准为双侧α=0.05。结果组2预备时间最短,为(53.7±6.7)s,组1、组3和组4分别为(86.9±8.1)、(112.2±8.2)、(177.9±11.2)s,4组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。4种器械预备前后根管工作长度变化的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。组1、组2、组3、组4根管弯曲角度变化值分别为(2.671±0.637)°、(2.667±0.450)°、(3.664±0.870)°、(3.797±0.601)°,组1和组2的变化值显著小于组3和组4(P0.05)。在距根尖孔3 mm位点,组1的偏移程度为(-0.016±0.094)mm,显著小于其余3组(P0.05);在距根尖孔4 mm和5 mm处,组2的偏移程度分别为(-0.080±0.104)mm和(-0.312±0.088)mm,显著小于组1[(-0.243±0.099)mm和(-0.404±0.064)mm,P0.05]。结论 Reciproc和Wave One可快速有效地预备根管,且可较好地保持树脂弯曲根管的原始形态;Reciproc在根尖区具有较好的中心定位能力,Wave One在根管弯曲中段部分具有较好的中心定位能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the formability of four kinds of machine prepared resin to simulate curved root canal, and to provide experimental basis for clinical application. Methods 40 single curved resin simulated root canals were randomly divided into 4 groups, 10 in each group. Root canal preparation was performed with Reciprocc one Wave (group 2) and Pro aperture (group 4) respectively. The preparation time of 4 groups was recorded, and the working length of the prepared root canal was measured. Photoshop and Image J software were used for image overlap and the change of root canal bending angle after preparation was measured. From 1 mm to the apical foramen, the resin removal of inner and outer wall of root canal was measured every 1 mm. Single factor ANOVA Kruskal-Wallis test and SNK test were used to carry out statistical analysis. The test level was bilateral 伪 -0. 05. The results showed that the preparation time of group 2 was the shortest. There was no significant difference in root canal working length between group 1, group 1, group 3, group 3 and group 4: 112.2 卤8.2ng 卤8.2g 卤8.2L / L, respectively. There was no significant difference in root canal working length before and after preparation with P0.050.4.There was no significant difference between group 1, group 2 and group 3, and the change value of root canal bending angle in group 1, group 2, group 2, group 4 was 2.671 卤0.637) 掳2.667 卤0.450 掳3.664 卤0.8707 掳/ 3.797 卤0.601 掳(P < 0.05), and that in group 1, group 2 and group 4 were 2.671 卤0.637 掳and 2.667 卤0.450 掳, respectively, and 3.797 卤0.601 掳(3.797 卤0.601) 掳, respectively, in group 1, group 2, group 2, and group 4 were 2.671 卤0.637 掳. The change values of group 1 and group 2 were significantly lower than those of group 3 and group 4 (P 0.05). The deviation degree of group 1 was -0.016 卤0.094 mm, which was significantly lower than that of the other three groups (P 0.05). At 4 mm and 5 mm from the apical foramen, the deviation of group 2 was -0.080 卤0.104 mm and 0.312 卤0.088 mm, respectively, which was significantly lower than that of group 1 [-0.243 卤0.099 mm and -0.404 卤0.064 mm]. Conclusion Reciproc and Wave One can rapidly and effectively prepare root canals. And the original shape of resin curved root canal can be maintained. Recic has better central localization ability in the apical region. Wave One has better central location ability in the middle part of root canal bending.
