牙周—正畸联合治疗对成人牙周病患者切牙区的美学重建研究

【摘要】：目的评估牙周—正畸联合治疗对成人牙周病患者切牙区美学重建的作用。方法选择13例患者接受牙周基础治疗及正畸治疗,在全口洁治后获得统一基线,在牙周基础治疗后3个月及正畸治疗结束对13例患者的102颗切牙进行牙周临床检查,比较治疗前后的差异。检查项目包括:探诊深度(PD),每颗牙检查6个位点,102颗切牙共612个位点;探诊出血(BOP),每颗牙检查颊、舌两个位点,共204个位点;龈乳头指数(PI)和龈乳头高度(PH),共128个龈乳头。结果牙周基础治疗3个月后,79.58%(487/612)的位点PD≤3 mm,88.73%(181/204)的位点BOP阴性,较基线时[分别为26.31%(161/612)和22.06%(45/204)]明显改善。正畸治疗前,仅8个龈乳头的PI为Ⅲ级,龈乳头完全充盈牙间隙,21个为Ⅱ级;正畸治疗结束后,51个龈乳头的PI达到Ⅲ级,68个龈乳头的PI达到Ⅱ级。PH由正畸治疗前的(1.69±0.57)mm增加到治疗后的(2.84±0.62)mm,治疗前后的差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论牙周—正畸联合治疗有利于成人牙周病患者切牙区的美学重建。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment on aesthetic reconstruction of incisor region in adult patients with periodontal disease. Methods 13 patients were selected to receive periodontal basic treatment and orthodontic treatment, and a unified baseline was obtained after complete oral scaling. 102 incisors of 13 patients were examined 3 months after basic periodontal treatment and the end of orthodontic treatment. The differences before and after treatment were compared. The examination items included: probing depth and PD, 102 incisors with 6 sites per tooth, BOPU with two loci of buccal and tongue for each tooth, 204 loci for each tooth.
