两种玻璃离子水门汀与不同基底物的粘接强度比较

【摘要】:目的比较树脂增强型玻璃离子水门汀与传统型玻璃离子水门汀对牙本质、牙釉质、陶瓷、金属和树脂等不同基底物的剪切粘接强度。方法将基底物随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均有牛牙釉质、牙本质各10颗及钴铬合金、玻璃陶瓷和树脂圆片各10个。所有基底物表面粘贴一直径5 mm圆孔的胶带以限制粘接面积,将直径5mm、高度2 mm的聚四氟乙烯分裂模具放置在被粘接表面。观察组和对照组分别采用树脂增强型玻璃离子水门汀与传统型玻璃离子水门汀按说明书调制材料,充填;室温固化15 min后,置于37℃水浴中24 h,使用万能力学试验机测量剪切强度。结果两组牙釉质、钴铬合金、玻璃陶瓷和树脂圆片的剪切粘接强度比较无统计学意义,观察组对牛牙本质的粘接强度低于对照组(P0.05);观察组不同基底物的粘接强度比较差异无统计学意义,而对照组不同基底物的粘接强度比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论树脂增强型玻璃离子水门汀与传统型玻璃离子水门汀对牙本质、牙釉质、陶瓷、金属和树脂具有相似的剪切粘接强度,但树脂增强型玻璃离子水门汀操作方便且粘接强度与基底物无关。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the shear bonding strength of resin reinforced glass ionomer cement and traditional glass ionomer cement on dentin, enamel, ceramics, metal and resin. Each group had bovine enamel, 10 dentin and 10 cobalt chromium alloy, 10 glass ceramics and 10 resin wafers. Adhesive tape with a diameter of 5 mm round hole was attached to all substrate surfaces in order to limit the adhesive area. The PTFE split mould with a diameter of 5 mm and a height of 2 mm was placed on the bonded surface.
