应用非刺激性全唾液法对慢性牙周炎患者种植预后的短期分析

【摘要】：目的:探究经过治疗的慢性牙周炎患者能否同牙周健康者一样获得良好的种植短期预后。方法:将经过系统性牙周治疗的轻中度慢性牙周炎患者18人设为实验组,牙周健康者18人为对照组,在种植前和种植后4周、12周、24周收集患者唾液,检查种植体稳定性和牙周状况,ELISA法检测唾液中的IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α,RT-PCR检测TF、Pg、Td、Fn的量。结果:种植体稳定系数(implant stability quotient,ISQ)三次检查逐渐增大,PD结果减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),实验组和对照组组间的PD、ISQ检查结果无统计学差异(P0.05)。IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α表达量四次检查结果逐渐减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组的IL-1β、IL-17、TNF-α表达量结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组和对照组的初期稳定性结果无统计学差异(P0.05)Tf、Pg、Fn相对SQ值四次检查结果逐渐减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),Td相对SQ值四次检查结果无差异(P0.05),实验组和对照组Ff、Pg、Fn、Td相对SQ值结果无差异(P0.05)。结论:在短时间内观察,经过治疗的牙周炎患者种植后唾液中炎症因子水平和细菌量降低,并且同牙周健康者一样有良好的种植体稳定性。即排除咬合负载因素,轻中度牙周炎患者可以取得良好的种植预后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether the patients with chronic periodontitis after treatment can obtain good short-term prognosis of implant as well as healthy periodontitis. Methods: eighteen patients with mild to moderate chronic periodontitis treated with systemic periodontitis were selected as experimental group. The saliva of 18 healthy periodontal patients was collected before and 4 weeks after implantation and 24 weeks after implantation. The stability of implants and periodontal status were detected by Elisa. The quantity of IL-1 尾 IL-17 TNF- 伪 in saliva was detected by RT-PCR. Results: the stability coefficient of implant stability quotient ISQ increased gradually and the PD decreased. There was no significant difference in the expression of IL-1 尾 -IL-17TNF- 伪 between the experimental group and the control group. The expression of IL-17 TNF- 伪 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The expression of IL-1 尾 -IL-17 + TNF- 伪 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the expression of IL-17 TNF- 伪 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. There was no significant difference in the initial stability between the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the relative sq value of P0.05Td between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: in a short period of time, there is no difference between the experimental group and the control group in the Td relative sq value. Conclusion: there is no significant difference between the two groups in the relative sq value. Conclusion: in a short period of time, there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. The treated patients with periodontitis had lower levels of inflammatory factors and bacteria in saliva after implantation, and had the same stability of implant as healthy periodontitis. Patients with mild to moderate periodontitis may have a good implant prognosis.
