固定义齿修复患者满意度及其相关因素的研究

【摘要】:目的 调查固定义齿修复患者的满意度,分析患者的个性类型、期望值、牙科焦虑症程度和人口统计学因子对固定义齿修复后患者满意度的影响,为临床上提高固定义齿修复患者满意度提供一定的指导作用。 方法 以汉高口腔诊所120例固定义齿修复患者(要求无精神病史,能理解问卷内容)为研究对象,使用人口统计学资料调查表、艾森克人格测验问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、改良牙科焦虑症量表(MDAS)、自行设计的固定义齿满意度、期望值调查表为测量工具,研究固定义齿满意度以及其影响因素。用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。 结果 1、固定义齿修复患者的整体满意度为85.46%。 2、性别、年龄、文化程度和平均月收入的各个分组间的满意度差异有统计学意义。而婚姻状况和职业类型各个分组间的满意度差异均不具有统计学意义。 3、期望值和满意度的相关性没有统计学意义(r=-0.101, p=0.3260.05)。 4、 E量表标准分和颜色、外形、舒适性、稳固性、咀嚼能力和整体满意度都呈正相关。N量表标准分与颜色、舒适性、咀嚼能力和整体满意度均呈负相关。P、L量表标准分与各项满意度的相关性无统计学意义。 5、牙科焦虑症与满意度的相关性具有统计学意义(r=-0.235, p=0.0010.05)。 结论 1、固定义齿修复患者的整体满意度为85.46%。 2、固定义齿修复患者满意度与其性别、年龄、文化程度、平均收入有关,与期望值、婚姻状况、职业类型的相关性均无统计学意义。 3、外向、情绪稳定,善于沟通的患者能获得更高的满意度。 4、牙科焦虑症程度更严重的患者满意度更低。
[Abstract]:Purpose. To investigate the satisfaction degree of patients with fixed denture, to analyze the influence of personality type, expectation, degree of dental anxiety and demographic factors on the satisfaction of patients with fixed denture. To provide some guidance for clinical improvement of patients satisfaction with fixed denture repair. Method. In this study, 120 patients with fixed denture repair in Henkel Stomatology Clinic (who required no history of mental illness and were able to understand the contents of the questionnaire) were used as the subjects of the study, and the demographic information questionnaire was used. Eysenck Personality questionnaire Chinese version EPQ-RSCN, modified Dental anxiety scale (MDASA), Self-designed fixed denture satisfaction, and expectation questionnaire were used as measurement tools. To study the satisfaction degree of fixed denture and its influencing factors, statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS17.0 software. Results. 1. The overall satisfaction of fixed denture repair patients was 85.46. (2) there were statistically significant differences in satisfaction among groups of sex, age, education and average monthly income, but there was no significant difference in satisfaction between marriage status and occupation type. 3, the correlation between expectation value and satisfaction was not statistically significant (r = 0.101, P = 0.3260.05). 4, the standard score of E scale was positively correlated with color, shape, comfort, stability, chewing ability and overall satisfaction. There was negative correlation between masticatory ability and overall satisfaction. 5. The correlation between dental anxiety and satisfaction was statistically significant (r = 0.235, p = 0.0010.05). Conclusion. 1. The overall satisfaction of fixed denture repair patients was 85.46. 2. The satisfaction degree of the patients with fixed denture prosthesis was related to their sex, age, education level, average income, and had no statistical significance with the expected value, marital status and occupation type. 3. Extroverted, emotionally stable and communicative patients achieved higher satisfaction. 4. Patients with more severe dental anxiety were less satisfied.
