咬合调整对牙周炎正畸治疗患者牙周状况的影响

【摘要】：目的分析咬合调整对牙周炎正畸治疗患者牙周状况的影响。方法随机抽取2013年1月-2016年12月接收并行正畸治疗的牙周炎患者中,选择78例展开详细的分组,即A组39例,行咬合调整操作;B组39例,不进行咬合调整,对比两组牙周炎患者治疗后的牙周状况。结果 (1)治疗前两组牙周炎患者的牙周探诊深度、临床附着丧失以及出血指数比较均无统计学意义,P0.05;治疗后,A组均明显优于B组,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义,P0.05。(2)A组患者治疗后的TM情况明显优于B组,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义,P0.05。结论对牙周炎患者采取正畸治疗的过程中,积极进行咬合调整,能够显著改善患者的口腔指标,同时还能显著降低牙齿松动度,促进患者口腔功能尽快恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of occlusal adjustment on periodontal status in patients with periodontitis after orthodontic treatment. Methods 78 patients with periodontitis receiving orthodontic treatment from January 2013 to December 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups: group A (39 cases). 39 cases of group B were treated with occlusal adjustment operation. The periodontal status of patients with periodontitis was compared between the two groups. Results 1) the periodontal depth of patients with periodontitis before treatment was compared. There was no significant difference in clinical attachment loss and bleeding index (P 0.05). After treatment, group A was significantly better than group B, the difference between two groups was significant, the TM of group A was significantly better than group B after treatment, and the difference between two groups was significant. Conclusion in the course of orthodontic treatment, active occlusion adjustment can significantly improve the oral index of patients with periodontitis, at the same time, it can significantly reduce the mobility of teeth and promote the recovery of oral function as soon as possible.
