美学区种植同期GBR术后骨量变化的临床研究

【摘要】：目的：通过锥形术射线计算机控制断层扫描(cone beam computed tomography, CBCT)测量分析美学区GBR术后种植体唇侧骨壁厚度,研究美学区种植GBR术后骨壁厚度的变化量,为美学区种植修复提供参考依据。方法：选取浙江大学附属口腔医院25例进行上颌前牙种植手术同期行GBR且已完成上部修复患者的CBCT资料,测量种植当天和术后4-6个月的种植体唇腭向骨壁在种植体颈部根方1mm、4mm、7mm、10mm、14mm(位点1-5)处在与种植体长轴垂直方向上的厚度。结果：种植术后牙槽骨厚度明显增加。4-6个月后,种植体唇侧骨壁厚度多数在2～4mm之间,与术后当天相比有部分吸收,其中在位点1-4的骨吸收量分别为0.8±0.6mm、0.6±0.5mm,0.4±0.4mm和0.5±0.4mm。结论：美学区种植手术4-6个月后唇侧骨壁与术后相比会有一定程度的吸收,但是余量仍能支撑其上部软组织,以保证其美学效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure and analyze the thickness of labial bone wall of implant after GBR in aesthetic area by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT), and to study the change of bone wall thickness after GBR implantation in aesthetic area. It provides reference for planting restoration in American school district. Methods: the CBCT data of 25 patients undergoing maxillary anterior tooth implant surgery and having completed upper restoration were selected from the Stomatology Hospital of Zhejiang University. The thickness of the labial and palatal bone wall of the implant was measured on the implantation day and 4 to 6 months after implantation in the vertical direction of the long axis of the implant at the root side of the implant neck 1 mm 4 mm 7 mm 7 mm 10 mm 14 mm (locus 1-5). Results: after implantation, the thickness of alveolar bone increased significantly. 4-6 months after implantation, the thickness of the labial wall of implant was between 2~4mm and partial absorption, and the bone resorption at site 1-4 was 0.8 卤0.6mm, 0.6 卤0.5mm, 0.4 卤0.4mm and 0.5 卤0.4mm. Conclusion: there is a certain degree of absorption of the labial bone wall after implantation in the aesthetic area from 4 to 6 months, but the residual can still support the upper soft tissue to ensure its aesthetic effect.
