自酸蚀粘接剂对流动树脂边缘密封性的影响

【摘要】:目的:比较几种不同自酸蚀粘接剂对流动树脂充填鉭面洞的边缘密封性的影响。方法:收集42颗拔除的完整第三磨牙,制备鉭面洞:2mm×2mm×2mm,随机分为7组,分别使用不同粘接剂处理:A(SE Bond)、B(Liner Bond F)、C(SE Protect)、D(SE Bond 2)、E(SE One)、F(S3Bond)、G(Universal Bond Kit)。流动树脂充填。使用声发射记录光固化开始前后2000s的声发射事件,光学相干断层扫描检测树脂-牙体界面的密封性。结果:声发射信号在光固化开始后的150s内声发射事件数迅速增长。E组的平均声发射事件数目最少且增长速率最慢,F组增长速率最快,B组的平均声发射事件数目最多。各组间声发射事件数无显著性差异。对于光学相干断层扫描,E组产生的界面间隙百分比最小,各组间无显著性差异。结论:声发射与光学相干断层扫描可以用来检测修复体与牙体间界面间隙的产生。一步法和两步法自酸蚀粘接剂的粘接效果没有显著性差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of several kinds of self-etching adhesives on the edge sealing of tantalum surface cavity filled with flowing resin. Methods: 42 extracted complete third molars were collected, and the tantalum surface cavity of 2 mm 脳 2mm 脳 2 mm was prepared and randomly divided into 7 groups. Different binders were used to treat ASE bond Bond Bond CSE ProtectS2DSE Bond 2ESE one Fen S3BondGuniversal Bond Kit.Acoustic emission events before and after the beginning of light curing were recorded using acoustic emission (AE) recording, two hundred seconds before and after the beginning of light curing, the flow resin was filled with different binders, and the flow resin was filled with different binders. The acoustic emission events were recorded before and after the beginning of light curing, and the acoustic emission events were recorded for 200 s. Optical coherence tomography for testing the sealing of the resin-tooth interface. Results: the number of acoustic emission events increased rapidly within 150 seconds after the beginning of light curing. Group E had the lowest average number of acoustic emission events and the highest growth rate. The average number of acoustic emission events in group B was the highest in group B, but there was no significant difference in the number of events among groups. The percentage of interfacial gap in group E was the smallest in group E of optical coherence tomography (OCT). Conclusion: acoustic emission and optical coherence tomography can be used to detect the interfacial gap between prosthesis and tooth. There is no significant difference between one-step and two-step self-etching adhesive.
