种植体支持的磁性附着体下颌覆盖义齿的三维有限元分析

【摘要】:目的对自然牙根和种植体混合支持的磁固位全口覆盖义齿进行受力分析。方法采用CT技术、计算机图像处理系统及Solidworks有限元软件,根据自然牙根与种植体不同组合,放置两对磁性附着体,建立三组下颌覆盖义齿的三维有限元模型。在不同的应力加载下对三组模型中自然牙和种植体颈部骨应力进行计算对比、分析。结果一侧自然牙根、一侧种植体组时,种植体周围骨应力已经超出了牙槽骨所能承受的范围;在尖牙区使用两个种植体或是两个自然牙根做基牙的覆盖义齿受力时,基牙周围骨应力分布较均匀。结论磁性附着体的结构能比其他类型的附着体更好地防止侧向力对基牙的损害。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the force of magnetic retention complete overdenture supported by natural root and implant. Methods CT technique, computer image processing system and Solidworks finite element software were used according to different combinations of natural root and implant. Three dimensional finite element models of three groups of mandibular overdentures were established by placing two pairs of magnetic attachments. In the unilateral implant group, the stress around the implant was beyond the range of alveolar bone; in the canine region, when two implants or two natural roots were used as overdentures, Conclusion the structure of magnetic attachment is better than other types of attachment to prevent damage to abutment teeth caused by lateral force.
