全口超声龈下刮治两次法治疗老年轻中度慢性牙周炎的疗效

【摘要】：目的探讨全口超声龈下刮治两次法治疗老年轻中度慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法选取2011年7月至2013年7月在该院就诊的112例轻中度慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例,观察组采取全口超声龈下刮治两次法治疗,对照组采用传统的分区进行龈下刮治和根面平整方法治疗,分别对不同时期的出血指数(GBI)、探诊出血(BOP)阳性位点率、探诊深度(PD)及附着水平(AL)等指标进行评定,并对治疗前后患者的生活质量进行评定。结果两组患者术后1、3个月时的GBI以及BOP阳性位点率相比于术前均明显减少;两组患者的PD及AL术后1、3个月相比于治疗前均逐渐降低(均P0.05)。但GBI、BOP阳性位点率、PD及AL等指标在同一时期两组间相比差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后的生活质量分别为(56.48±6.74)分、(56.44±6.69)分,与各组治疗前的(42.18±7.22)分、(42.21±7.31)分相比均明显提高(均P0.05);但两组间对比差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论全口超声龈下刮治两次法治疗老年轻中度慢性牙周炎疗效确切,能够有效提高老年患者术后的生活质量,并且具有方便、高效、治疗彻底的优势。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of subgingival curettage in the treatment of mild to moderate chronic periodontitis in the elderly.Methods 112 patients with mild to moderate chronic periodontitis from July 2011 to July 2013 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 56) and control group (n = 56).In the control group, subgingival curettage and root surface leveling were used to evaluate the bleeding index (GBIN), the positive rate of BOP, the depth of diagnosis (PDD) and the adhesion level (ALL) in different periods.The quality of life of patients before and after treatment was evaluated.Results the positive rates of GBI and BOP in both groups were significantly lower than those before operation at 1 month and 3 months after operation, and the rates of PD and AL decreased gradually at 1 month and 3 months after treatment (all P 0.05).However, there was no significant difference in the positive rate of GBII-BOP, PD and AL between the two groups in the same period (all P 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of chronic periodontitis by subgingival curettage with full oral ultrasound is effective and effective. It can effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly patients after operation and has the advantages of convenience, high efficiency and thorough treatment.
