错(牙合)畸形早期防治知信行的现状调查

【摘要】:目的:了解儿童家长错(?)畸形早期防治知识、信念、行为(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)的现状,并分析其影响因素,为进一步针对性开展错(?)畸形早期防治健康教育,引导人们参与早期防治提供理论依据。方法:采用方便抽样方法,选取济南市两家三甲综合医院就诊儿童家长520名,向其发放问卷。通过查阅大量相关文献,并请口腔正畸医师、儿童牙科医师、统计学专家和老师进行指导,严格遵循问卷设计的方法和原则,制定错(?)畸形早期防治知识、信念、行为问卷,内容包括一般资料、早期防治知识、早期防治信念、早期防治行为。家长自填问卷,若有疑问者调查人员在旁辅助完成。采用SPSS19.0统计软件对资料进行统计学分析,统计方法包括描述性统计分析、秩和检验、多元逐步回归分析等。结果:1.错(?)畸形早期防治知识方面,平均得分为(14.68±8.21)分,得分率为39.68%;信念方面,平均得分为(29.97±6.45)分,得分率为62.44%;行为方面,平均得分为(32.16±7.04)分,得分率为57.43%。2.Spearman相关性分析结果:错(?)畸形早期防治知识与信念之间(r=0.171,P0.05)、知识与行为之间(r=0.309,P0.05)、信念与行为之间(r=0.129,P0.05)均呈正相关关系。3.多元逐步回归分析结果显示:不同户口类型,不同学历的家长错(?)畸形早期防治知识得分差异有统计学意义;不同户口类型,参加健康教育频率不同的家长错(?)畸形早期防治信念得分差异有统计学意义;与孩子关系(父亲/母亲),不同家庭人均月收入水平的家长错(?)畸形早期防治行为得分差异有统计学意义。结论:1.家长缺乏错(?)畸形早期防治知识,且其早期防治的态度和行为存在不足,应根据家长错(?)畸形早期防治知识、信念、行为得分较低内容为重点,制定健康教育措施,提高家长的错(?)畸形早期防治知识、信念、行为整体水平。2.家长的错(?)畸形早期防治知识、信念、行为两两之间呈正相关。3.家长的错(?)畸形早期防治知识、信念、行为水平受以下因素影响:户口类型,家长学历对错(?)畸形早期防治知识得分有影响;户口类型,参加健康教育频率对错铪(?)形早期防治信念得分有影响;与孩子关系(父亲/母亲),家庭人均月收入水平对错(?)畸形早期防治行为得分有影响。4.加强错(?)畸形早期防治宣传教育,尤以农村户口,学历低,家庭人均月收入水平低等群体为重点。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the mistakes of children's parents.The present situation of knowledge, belief and behavior in early prevention and treatment of deformity, and the analysis of its influencing factors, so as to carry out the mistake in order to further improve the prevention and treatment of deformity.Early prevention and treatment of malformation health education to guide people to participate in early prevention and treatment to provide theoretical basis.Methods: 520 parents of children in two Sanjia General Hospitals in Jinan were investigated by convenient sampling method.By consulting a large number of relevant literature and asking orthodontists, child dentists, statisticians and teachers to guide, strictly follow the methods and principles of questionnaire design, and make mistakes.Early prevention and treatment knowledge, belief, behavior questionnaire, including general information, early prevention and control knowledge, early prevention and treatment beliefs, early prevention and treatment behavior.Parents self-fill in the questionnaire, if in doubt, the investigator at the side to assist the completion.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data.
