纯钛微弧氧化—多巴胺—载杜仲提取物复合膜层生物相容性研究

【摘要】:目的:为改善纯钛种植体的生物学性能,对其表面进行超声微弧氧化-多巴胺-杜仲提取物复合处理,探讨纯钛微弧氧化载杜仲提取物生物膜层对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及成骨细胞生物相容性的影响,为其临床应用提供参考和依据。方法:纯钛微弧氧化-多巴胺为A组,用以对照。纯钛微弧氧化-多巴胺-载0.003125g/ml、0.00625g/ml、0.009375g/ml杜仲提取物复合处理依次为实验B、C、D组。纯钛微弧氧化-多巴胺-载杜仲提取物复合处理试件与金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌37℃恒温箱内培养,覆膜法检测抗菌性;采用CCK-8法,SEM,ALP法检测试件的细胞相容性。结果:C、D两组具有较强的抗菌性。CCK-8与ALP分析表明,实验组试件表面相比对照组更有利于细胞的粘附与增殖,顺序为CDBA,四组均有统计学意义。激光共聚焦细胞骨架形态学显示C、D两组更利于细胞的铺展和交联。结论:四组材料均有良好的生物相容性,且C组纯钛微弧氧化-多巴胺-0.00625g/ml杜仲提取物生物相容性最佳。
