快速电热聚合与水浴聚合对义齿基托性能的影响

【摘要】:目的通过比较快速电热聚合与水浴聚合对义齿基托弯曲性能(包括弯曲强度和弯曲模量)、冲击强度、洛氏硬度的影响,找出简便、易操作且力学性能较好的聚合方法,为临床应用做出指导。方法1.制作80mm×10mm×4mm的基托蜡试条24个,分为两组,每组12个,装盒、去蜡后,一组用快速电热聚合法聚合,另一组用普通水浴聚合法聚合。聚合后打磨抛光分别测试其弯曲强度。2.制作82mm×10mm×4mm的基托蜡试条24个,分为两组,每组12个,聚合方法同上,聚合后打磨抛光分别测定其弯曲模量。3.制作78mm×10mm×4mm的基托蜡试条24个,分为两组,每组12个,聚合(方法同上)后打磨抛光分别测试其冲击强度。4.制作40mm×20mm×10mm的蜡样条24个,分为两组,每组12个,聚合方法同上,分别测其洛氏硬度。结果快速电热聚合义齿基托树脂的弯曲强度及弯曲模量均小于普通水浴聚合的基托树脂,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);快速电热聚合的义齿基托树脂的冲击强度小于普通水浴聚合的树脂,其差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。快速电热聚合义齿基托树脂的洛氏硬度小于普通水浴聚合的义齿基托树脂,两者的差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论普通水浴聚合后的义齿基托树脂的力学性能优于快速电热聚合后义齿基托的性能,但快速电热聚合后义齿基托的性能测试结果也符合国家医疗器械行业标准YY0270.1-2011《牙科学基托聚合物第1部分:义齿基托聚合物》中所规定的值。所以,快速电热聚合是种节能、简捷的聚合方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of rapid electrothermal polymerization and water bath polymerization on flexural properties (including bending strength, flexural modulus, impact strength, Rockwell hardness) of denture base, and to find out a simple, easy to operate and better mechanical property polymerization method. To provide guidance for clinical application. Method 1. Twenty-four base wax strips of 80mm 脳 10mm 脳 4mm were made and divided into two groups, 12 in each group. The method of polymerization was the same as above, and its Rockwell hardness was measured respectively. Results the flexural strength and flexural modulus of fast electrothermal polymerized denture base resin were lower than those of common water bath polymerized denture base resin. The impact strength of fast electrothermal polymerization denture base resin was lower than that of common water bath polymerization resin, but the difference was not statistically significant. The Rockwell hardness of fast electrothermal polymerized denture base resin was lower than that of common water bath polymerized denture base resin, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the mechanical properties of the denture base resin after water bath polymerization are better than those of the fast electrothermal polymerization denture base resin. However, the performance test results of the denture base after rapid electrothermal polymerization are also in accordance with the values specified in the National Medical device Industry Standard YY0270.1-2011 < Dental Base Polymer part 1: denture Base Polymer. Therefore, rapid electrothermal polymerization is a simple and energy saving polymerization method.
