重庆市渝西地区口腔医疗资源配置及龋病调查报告

【摘要】：目的了解重庆市渝西地区口腔卫生资源配置现状,调查该地区人群患龋率情况。方法采取多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法抽取样本,整理数据后,对城镇、农村调查医疗资源配置情况、公众对口腔卫生的知晓度进行比较分析,再以年龄分层分别对城镇、农村龋病患病情况进行比较分析。结果农村地区口腔医疗资源配置情况、公众对口腔卫生知晓度均远低于城镇地区。在各年龄阶段,渝西地区农村人群的患龋率均高于城镇人群,此外,研究还发现无论在城镇地区或农村地区,5岁年龄组及12岁年龄组的男性与女性患龋率比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),但在35~44岁组及65~74岁组中,女性人群的患龋率均显著高于男性(P0.05)。结论渝西地区农村地区口腔医疗资源配置低下,群众关于口腔卫生知晓不足。对渝西地区所有处于35~44岁及65~74岁之间的女性,应当加强龋病的防治。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of oral health resources and the prevalence of dental caries in Chongqing. Methods Multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling was used to collect samples. After collating the data, the distribution of medical resources and the public awareness of oral health were compared and analyzed respectively in urban and rural areas. The incidence of caries in rural areas was compared and analyzed. Results the distribution of oral health resources in rural areas and public awareness of oral health were significantly lower than those in urban areas. The prevalence of caries in rural population in western Chongqing was higher than that in urban population at all ages, in addition, the incidence of caries in rural population was higher than that in urban population. It was also found that there was no significant difference in caries prevalence between males and females in 5 and 12 years old groups in urban or rural areas. However, the caries prevalence rate of females was significantly higher than that of males in 35 ~ 44 years old group and 65 ~ 74 years old group (P < 0. 05%, P 0. 05%, P 0. 05%, P 0. 05%, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05, P 0. 05). Conclusion the allocation of oral medical resources in rural areas of western Chongqing is low, and the people's knowledge about oral health is insufficient. The prevention and treatment of caries should be strengthened for all women aged 35 ~ 44 and 65 ~ 74 in western Chongqing.
