汉族人群恒牙合头颅定位侧位片SN平面与FH平面相关性的初步研究

【摘要】:目的:通过验证青岛地区汉族人群X线头颅定位侧位片前颅底平面与眶耳平面的关系,用相对稳定的前颅底平面替代在头颅侧位片上难以定位且不稳定的眶耳平面,以降低因眶耳平面定位不准确给X线片测量结果带来的误差。方法:选择2013年10月到2015年10月与青岛大学附属医院口腔正畸科就诊的青岛本地汉族人群,骨性I类个别正常合就诊患者23例,年龄12~40岁,其中恒牙早期样本8例,男4例,女4例;恒牙期样本15例,男8例,女7例。23例就诊人群分别与自然头位下拍摄X线头颅侧位片及CBCT,利用青岛大学头影测量软件结合CBCT影像定点,求得SN平面与FH平面之间夹角的平均值。然后在不同性别的待测者的头颅侧位片中随机各抽取5张,将SN平面以N为原点,顺时针旋转6°、7°、8°、9°、10°用于替代假想的FH平面,在这旋转的5个角度下分别测量与FH平面相关的3个线距值和3个角度值,利用计算机软件系统定点并结合手工描绘的方法测量,将测量的各个数值输入计算机系统,利用SPSS17.0软件对数据作统计学分析。用成组t检验及单因素方差分析的方法进行检验。结果:青岛地区汉族人群恒牙期个别正常合人群前颅底平面和眶耳平面之间的角度和恒牙所处的时期的差别无统计学意义,与就诊人群的性别有统计学差异。将SN平面以N为原点男性顺时针旋转8°,女性顺时针旋转9°后,测量的数据和真实的FH平面所测得的角度之间的差异无统计学意义。结论:青岛地区汉族人群个别正常合群体可将SN平面以N点为原点,女性顺时针旋转9.75°,男性旋转8.26°用来代替眶耳平面。
[Abstract]:Objective: to verify the relationship between the anterior skull base plane and the orbital ear plane of the lateral radiographic radiographs of the Han nationality population in Qingdao area, and to replace the unstable orbital ear plane with the relatively stable anterior skull base plane on the lateral radiography of the head. In order to reduce the error of X-ray measurement due to the inaccuracy of orbital and ear plane positioning. Methods: from October 2013 to October 2015, 23 orthodontic patients, aged 1240 years, were selected from orthodontics department of Qingdao University affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University. There were 8 cases of early permanent teeth and 4 cases of male. 15 cases of permanent teeth, 8 cases of male and 7 cases of female. 23 cases were taken under the natural cephalic position of X-ray lateral radiographs and CBCTs respectively. Cephalometric software of Qingdao University combined with CBCT imaging site was used. The mean value of the angle between SN plane and FH plane is obtained. Then, 5 lateral cephalograms were randomly selected from the subjects of different genders. The SN plane was rotated clockwise with N as the origin, and 6 掳7 掳8 掳9 掳10 掳was rotated clockwise to replace the imaginary FH plane. Three line distance values and three angle values related to the FH plane were measured at the five angles of rotation, and each value was input into the computer system by using the computer software system fixed points and the method of manual description. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Group t test and single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to test. Results: there was no significant difference between the angle of anterior skull base plane and orbital ear plane and the period of permanent tooth in Qingdao Han population, but there was statistical difference between the two groups. When the SN plane was rotated 8 掳clockwise for men and 9 掳for females, there was no significant difference between the measured data and the angle measured by the real FH plane. Conclusion: the SN plane can be taken as the origin of N point, the clockwise rotation of female is 9.75 掳, and the rotation of male is 8.26 掳instead of the orbital ear plane.
