介孔硅载七叶皂苷钠对粪肠球菌抑菌作用的研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨氨基改性前后的介孔硅载七叶皂苷钠(SA-SBA-15及SA-NH_2-SBA-15)和氢氧化钙Ca(OH)_2对粪肠球菌的抑菌作用。方法:液体稀释法测SA-NH_2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15和Ca(OH)_2的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);液体扩散法观察SA-NH_2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15和Ca(OH)_2对粪肠球菌抑菌圈的大小;SA-NH_2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15和Ca(OH)_2与菌液共培养168h,每隔24h取0.1mL液体另作厌氧培养24h,评价抑菌效果。结果:SA-NH_2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15的MIC为3.5g/L,Ca(OH)_2的MIC为4.0g/L。SA-NH_2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15和Ca(OH)_2浓度大于MIC时,抑菌圈大小与浓度呈依赖性增高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。72h后至168h,SA-SBA-15和SA-NH_2-SBA的菌落数明显少于Ca(OH)_2。96h后,SA-NH_2-SBA-15组的菌落数明显少于SA-SBA-15组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:SA-NH_2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15及Ca(OH)_2对粪肠球菌具有一定的抗菌作用;SA-NH_2-SBA-15、SA-SBA-15的抑菌效果优于Ca(OH)_2;SA-NH_2-SBA-15对粪肠球菌的药效长于SA-SBA-15,长于Ca(OH)_2。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the bacteriostatic effects of sodium aescinate sodium (SA-SBA-15 and SA-NH2-SBA-15) and calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)_2) on Enterococcus faecalis before and after amino modification. Methods: the minimum inhibitory concentrations of SA-NH2-SBA-15 SA-SBA-15 and Ca(OH)_2 were measured by liquid dilution method, and the size of SA-NH2-SBA-15 SA-SBA-15 and Ca(OH)_2 on Enterococcus faecalis were observed by liquid diffusion method. Results the number of colony of SA-SBA-15 and SA-SBA-15 of SA-SBA-15 was significantly lower than that of SA-NH2-SBA-15 and SA-NH2-SBA-15 of SA-SBA-15, the number of colony of SA-SBA-15 and SA-NH_2-SBA of SA-NH2-SBA-15 and SA-NH2-SBA-15 were significantly lower than those of SA-NH2-SBA-15 after Ca(OH)_2.96h, and the number of SA-SBA-15 and SA-NH_2-SBA in SA-NH2-SBA-15 group were significantly lower than those in SA-SBA-15 group, and the number of SA-SBA-15 and SA-NH_2-SBA in SA-NH2-SBA-15 group was significantly lower than that in SA-SBA-15 group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the antibacterial activity of SA-NH2-SBA-15 and Ca(OH)_2 against Enterococcus faecalis is better than that of CaOHS-2SA-NH2-SBA-15 on Enterococcus faecalis and longer than that on CaOHA-15 and CaOHA-15 on Enterococcus faecalis (SA-SBA-15) and CaOHA-15 (CaOHA-15) on Enterococcus faecalis. The antibacterial effect of SA-NH2-SBA-15 and Ca(OH)_2 on Enterococcus faecalis is better than that on CaOHA-15 and SA-NH2-SBA-15 on Enterococcus faecalis.
