含锌、氟离子矿化液对牙釉质理化性能的影响

【摘要】:【目的】研究以钙磷为基础的含锌、氟离子矿化液对牙釉质理化性能的影响。【方法】将因治疗需要而拔除的成人第三磨牙牙冠制作成牙釉质切片。分别以含不同浓度氟离子和锌离子的钙磷饱和矿化液处理牙釉质切片,分为处理组:Ca P-Zn F、Ca P-F、Ca P-Zn、Ca P组和双蒸水DDW对照组。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和红外光谱仪,检测矿化液处理组和对照组牙釉质切片的表面特性。【结果】扫描电镜观察到经矿化液处理后的牙釉质切片表面有聚集的微晶沉积。X射线衍射仪分析牙釉质表层沉积的羟基磷灰石晶体显示,含氟离子组和同时含有锌、氟离子组矿化液与含锌离子组或对照组相比,晶粒增大、晶体完整性增高及沉积量增多。含氟离子组和同时含有锌、氟离子组矿化液处理的牙釉质表面红外光谱仪图谱分析,结果显示在1102、1065、1027 cm-1处呈现多个P-O(磷酸组)吸收峰。【结论】含有钙离子、磷酸根离子、锌离子和氟离子的矿化液可以在牙釉质表面形成具有保护功能的载锌氟磷灰石晶体层,从而具有防治早期牙釉质龋的作用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effect of zinc and fluorine mineralized solution based on calcium and phosphorus on the physical and chemical properties of enamel. Enamel sections were treated with calcium phosphate saturated mineralized solution containing different concentrations of fluorine and zinc ions respectively. The sections were divided into two groups: the treatment group: 1 Ca P-Zn FU Ca P-FU Ca P-ZnN Ca P group and the double distilled water DDW control group. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and infrared spectrometer (IR) were used. The surface characteristics of enamel sections in the mineralized solution treated group and the control group were examined. [results] the surface of enamel slices treated with mineralized solution was observed by scanning electron microscope. The surface of enamel was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The deposited hydroxyapatite crystals show that, Compared with the zinc ion group or the control group, the grain size, crystal integrity and deposition amount of the mineralized solution increased. Infrared spectrometer analysis of enamel surface treated with fluorine ion group and zinc, fluorine group mineralized solution showed that there were several P-O absorption peaks at 1102 ~ 1065 ~ 1027 cm-1. [conclusion] calcium ion, phosphate ion are present in the enamel surface, and the results show that there are many P-O absorption peaks at 1102 ~ 1065 ~ 1027 cm-1. [conclusion] there are calcium ions and phosphate ions in the enamel surface. Zinc ion and fluoride ion mineralized solution can form protective zinc-loaded fluoroapatite crystal layer on enamel surface, which can prevent and cure early enamel caries.
