鼻唇角、颏唇角改变对骨性Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类患者面容影响的三维美学评价

【摘要】:目的:研究骨性Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类患者鼻唇角、颏唇角改变对外貌的三维审美影响,并研究正畸医生与患者的审美差异。方法:分别选取1名骨性Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类患者,拍摄其正、侧45°像,利用3DMAX软件按照其面下三分之一形态制成三维头部模型后,改变其鼻唇角和颏唇角后分别生成16个三维头模,导入iPad后选取30名正畸医生和60名正畸患者对随机排序的人头模型进行三维审美评分。结果:对于骨性Ⅱ类患者,2组评分中鼻唇角、颏唇角变化为(+15°,-15°)和原始面貌均得分最低;专业组评分中(+10°,0)、(+15°,0)得分最高,而非专业组评分中(+5°,-5°)、(+5°,-10°)得分最高(组间评分,P0.05)。对于骨性Ⅲ类患者,2组评分中鼻唇角、颏唇角变化为(0,+15°)、(0,+10°)和原始面貌均得分最低;专业组评分中(-5°,+15°)、(-10°,+15°)得分最高,而非专业组评分中(-10°,+5°)、(-15°,0)得分最高(组间评分,P0.05)。结论:骨性Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类患者适当代偿后的面容更受评分者喜欢,但专业组和非专业组对于代偿的具体量的审美有差异。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the aesthetic difference between orthodontic and orthodontic patients, and to study the aesthetic differences between orthodontic doctors and patients. Methods: 1 patients with orthodontic class II and class III were selected, and their positive and lateral 45 degree images were taken respectively, and the three-dimensional head model was made by 3DMAX software according to the 1/3 form of the surface. 16 three-dimensional head models were generated after the change of the nose and lip angle and the chin and lip angle respectively. After introducing iPad, 30 orthodontic doctors and 60 orthodontic patients were selected for the three-dimensional aesthetic score. Results: for the patients with skeletal Class II, the 2 scores of the nose and lip angle, the mental and lip angle (+15, -15 degree) and the original face were the lowest; the professional group was the lowest. The score (+10, 0), (+15, 0) was the highest, while the score in the non professional group (+5, -5), (+5, -10) was the highest (P0.05). For the patients with class III, the 2 scores of the nose and lip angle, the chin and the lip angle (0, +15), (0, 10 degrees) and the original face were the lowest; the score of the professional group (-5, +15 [degree), -10, +15 degree) was the highest, but the highest score in the professional group (-5, +15 degree), and (-10, +15) was the highest, but the highest score in the professional group (-5, +15 [degree), and (-10, +15)) was the highest, but the highest score in the professional group (-5, +15 [degree), and -10, +15 degrees) was the highest. The score of the non professional group (-10, +5), (-15, 0) was the highest (group score, P0.05). Conclusion: the facial features of the patients of class II and class III were preferred by the raters, but the aesthetic differences between the professional group and the non professional group were different for the specific amount of compensation.
