高氟饮水对延安市延川县农村学龄儿童氟斑牙患病的影响

【摘要】:目的探析高氟饮水对延安市延川县农村学龄儿童氟斑牙患病的影响情况。方法选择延安市延川县的3个自然村作为调查地点,在每个村选择4户人间采集水样本,共12份水样本,将《生活饮用水标准检验方法》作为基本依据,对水样本的硬度、氟化物以及pH值进行测定。同时,选择3个自然村共90例学龄儿童作为研究对象,根据Dean法对氟斑牙进行诊断,对并氟斑牙检出率进行计算,分析研究结果。结果本次研究的12份水样本的硬度、氟化物以及pH值分别为495.00mg/L、1.25mg/L以及7.02;本组的90例学龄儿童中,共检出57例氟斑牙,检出率为63.33%;经Logistic分析结果显示,农村学龄儿童发生氟斑牙与营养知识得分、父母文化程度、食用食物种类少、饮水氟含量高以及家庭经济有关。结论延安市延川县农村学龄儿童的氟斑牙患病率较高,其发病与诸多因素有关,其中饮水氟含量高是比较重要的一个因素,应该加强水质管理,开展健康教育,从而降低儿童氟斑牙患病率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of high fluoride drinking water on dental fluorosis in rural school children in Yanchuan County, Yan'an City. Methods three natural villages in Yanchuan County of Yan'an City were selected as the investigation sites. Water samples were collected from 4 households in each village, and 12 water samples were collected. The standard test method for drinking water was taken as the basic basis, and the hardness of the water samples was evaluated. Fluoride and pH were determined. At the same time, 90 children of school age in 3 natural villages were selected as the research objects. The dental fluorosis was diagnosed by Dean method, and the detection rate of the dental fluorosis was calculated, and the results were analyzed. Results the hardness, fluoride and pH values of 12 water samples were 495.00 mg / L 1.25 mg / L and 7.02, respectively. A total of 57 cases of dental fluorosis were detected in 90 school-age children, the detection rate was 63.33%. The prevalence of dental fluorosis in rural school children was related to their knowledge of nutrition, their parents' education level, their food types, their drinking water and their family economy. Conclusion the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis in rural school children in Yanchuan County of Yan'an City is high. The incidence of dental fluorosis is related to many factors, among which high fluoride content in drinking water is an important factor. Therefore, water quality management should be strengthened and health education should be carried out. So as to reduce the prevalence of dental fluorosis in children.
