儿童牙齿错颌与语音功能的相关分析

【摘要】：目的:分析乳牙错颌患者的语音功能,研究牙齿结构畸形对语音功能的影响。方法:以60例牙齿错颌患儿为研究对象,在牙齿错颌矫治前对其进行语音测试,并将测试结果与患儿语音状况进行相关分析。结果:OJ,TD-PW与发音错误有关(r=-0.526,r=0.517,P0.05),复合变量OBJ与发音错误有高度统计学相关性(r=-0.633,P0.01)。安氏一类错颌患儿存在唇齿音、舌尖音、舌尖前音的语音异常,安氏二、三类错颌患儿存在双唇音、唇齿音、舌尖音、舌尖前音的语音异常,唇腭裂患儿存在全部的语音异常。结论:错颌患者的语音功能与舌体位置及前牙覆颌/覆盖有密切关系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the phonological function of patients with primary malocclusion and to study the effect of dental structural malformation on speech function. Methods: 60 cases of children with dental malocclusion were studied by phonetic test before orthodontic treatment, and the correlation analysis was made between the results of the test and the phonological status of the children. Results the proportion of TD-PW was related to the pronunciation error. The compound variable OBJ was highly correlated with the pronunciation error. Two and three kinds of malocclusion children have abnormal lip tone, tongue tip sound, and cleft lip and cleft palate children have all abnormal phonetic changes. 2, 2 and 3 malocclusion children have the phonetic abnormality of double lip tone, lip tooth sound and tongue tip sound, and the children with cleft lip and palate have all phonetic abnormalities. Conclusion: the phonological function of patients with malocclusion is closely related to the position of tongue and the maxillary / overlay of anterior teeth.
