乳牙应用Er:YAG激光备洞充填微渗漏效果的离体研究

【摘要】:目的:Er:YAG激光备洞和传统的涡轮钻针备洞,使用不同粘接系统和界面处理方式,对乳牙树脂充填的微渗漏效果进行研究。方法:50颗乳牙随机分为5组,第1组:涡轮钻针预备+全酸蚀粘接充填;第2组:涡轮钻针预备+自酸蚀粘接充填;第3组:Er:YAG激光预备+全酸蚀粘接充填;第4组:Er:YAG激光预备+自酸蚀粘接充填;第5组:Er:YAG激光预备后不酸蚀+配合全酸蚀粘接剂充填,对不同组进行微渗漏体视显微镜检查。结果:涡轮钻针+全酸蚀组和涡轮钻针+自酸蚀组的微渗漏分别高于Er:YAG激光+全酸蚀组和Er:YAG激光+自酸蚀组(P0.05);涡轮钻针+全酸蚀组与Er:YAG激光+不酸蚀组的微渗漏差异无统计学意义。Er:YAG激光预备的3个组中,全酸蚀组和自酸蚀组的微渗漏都低于不酸蚀组,但组间差异无统计学意义。结论:激光并不能代替全酸蚀剂的作用,激光照射后使用自酸蚀粘接系统,充填体的边缘适合性更好,微渗漏小。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the microleakage effect of resin filling in deciduous teeth by using different bonding systems and interface methods. Methods Fifty deciduous teeth were randomly divided into 5 groups: group 1: turbine drill needle preparation for total acid bonding filling, group 2: turbine drill needle preparation for self-etching bonding filling, group 3: er: YAG laser preparation for total acid etching filling; Group 4: er: YAG laser prepared self-etching bonding filling, group 5: er: YAG laser preparation did not acid-etching combined with total acid adhesive filling, different groups were examined by microleakage stereoscopic microscope. Results: the microleakage of the total acid etching group of turbine drill needle and the self-acid etching group of turbine drill needle were higher than that of Er:YAG laser total acid etching group and Er:YAG laser self-acid etching group P0.05.The microleakage of turbine drill needle total acid etching group and Er:YAG laser non-acid etching group was higher than that of Er:YAG laser self-acid etching group. The difference was not statistically significant. Er: YAG laser preparation of the three groups, The microleakage of whole acid etching group and self acid etching group was lower than that of non acid etching group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: laser can not replace the effect of total acid etch agent. The self-etching bonding system is used after laser irradiation. The edge of the filling body is more suitable and the microleakage is small.
