牙髓再生的研究现状

【摘要】：目的分析牙髓再生的临床治疗,为提高临床治疗效果提供有价值理论参考。方法将2015年4月~2016年4月进入我院的急性牙髓炎患者80例,分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用氢氧化钙覆盖,实验组采用可吸收明胶海绵支架加MTA封闭,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组成功32例(80.0%)明显高于对照组成功10例(25.0%),两组在治疗成功率方面差异显著具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针对牙髓再生采用可吸收明胶海绵支架加MTA具有良好的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical treatment of dental pulp regeneration and provide valuable theoretical reference for improving the clinical treatment effect. Methods Eighty patients with acute pulpitis who entered our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was covered with calcium hydroxide, and the experimental group was covered with absorbable gelatin sponge stent and MTA. Results the success rate of 32 cases in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (10 cases, 25.0%), and the difference between the two groups in the success rate of treatment was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the use of absorbable gelatin sponge scaffold plus MTA for pulp regeneration has a good clinical effect and is worth popularizing.
