内镜下口底-颌下径路气管内插管麻醉在颅面部多发性骨折手术中的应用

【摘要】：目的:探讨内镜下口底-颌下径路气管内插管麻醉在颅面部多发性骨折手术中的应用。方法:运用该技术方法治疗颅面部多发骨折且有鼻腔插管禁忌症的患者8例,本文对该技术方法麻醉过程中实时监测血压(BP)、血氧饱和度(SPO_2)、心率(HR)、心电图(ECG)的适应证、器械的选择、操作要点、效果及安全性、注意事项进行了详尽的介绍。结果:插管及麻醉过程顺利,BP、SPO_2、HR和ECG保持正常,保证了手术顺利进行。术后未发生插管及麻醉相关并发症。结论:该方法操作简单、快速,安全有效、并发症少,是复杂颅面部骨折患者全麻的一项较好的选择。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the application of endotracheal intubation anesthesia in the operation of craniofacial multiple fractures by endoscopic suboral submaxillary approach. Methods: 8 patients with multiple craniofacial fractures with nasal intubation contraindication were treated by this technique. The real time monitoring of blood pressure (BP), oxygen saturation (SPO_2), heart rate (HR) in the process of anesthesia was carried out in this technique. The indications of electrocardiogram (ECG), the selection of the apparatus, the main points of operation, the effect and safety, and the precautions were introduced in detail. Results: the intubation and anesthesia process were smooth, BP, SPO_2, HR and ECG were kept normal, and the operation was carried out smoothly. No intubation and related complications after operation. Conclusion: the method is simple, rapid and safe. Effective and less complication is a good choice for patients with complex craniofacial fractures.
