含氟涂料预防学龄前儿童乳牙龋齿效果评价

【摘要】：目的了解含氟涂料预防学龄前儿童乳牙龋齿的效果,为防治儿童龋齿提供参考依据。方法在浦东新区7所公办幼儿园选择3~4岁小班儿童471名,将研究对象随机分为干预Ⅰ组(每年2次氟涂布)(167名)、干预Ⅱ组(每年4次氟涂布)(152名)和对照组(152名)。分别在基线和干预1,2年后进行口腔检查,记录乳牙患龋状况。结果干预前,干预Ⅰ组、干预Ⅱ组、对照组的年龄、性别构成、乳牙患龋率、龋失补牙面均数(dmfs)差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05);干预1年后,3组间乳牙患龋率、龋齿累计发病率、dmfs差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05);干预2年后,干预Ⅱ组的乳牙龋齿累计发病率(8.55%)低于对照组(17.10%)(P0.05),干预Ⅰ组和干预Ⅱ组的dmfs增量(2.36,1.82)均低于对照组(3.24)(P值均0.05)。结论含氟涂料能有效预防儿童乳牙龋齿的发生,维护儿童的口腔健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of fluorine paint on prevention of caries in primary teeth of preschool children. Methods A total of 471 children aged 3 to 4 years old were selected from 7 public kindergartens in Pudong New area. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group (n = 167), intervention group (n = 152) and control group (n = 152). Dental examinations were performed at baseline and 1 and 2 years after intervention to record caries in deciduous teeth. Results before the intervention, there were no significant differences in age, sex composition, caries rate of deciduous teeth, the mean number of caries and dmfs in primary teeth of intervention group 鈪，
