氰基丙烯酸盐增强口腔石膏模型强度的研究

【摘要】:目的探索一种用氰基丙烯酸盐强化石膏材料的简单方法,并研究氰基丙烯酸盐溶液的浓度对牙科石膏材料强度的影响。方法将标准石膏样本制备成35 mm×4 mm×4 mm的长条形;将氰基丙烯酸正丁酯制成20%和30%的溶液并测定溶液黏度。将干燥后的牙科石膏样本浸入氰基丙烯酸正丁酯溶液中8 h,再置于室温下干燥。检测样品的弹性模量、断裂韧性、抗压强度、布氏硬度、双轴强度,所得的数据采用OriginPro 8软件进行统计分析。结果黏性测定表明该溶液为牛顿流体,48 h内黏性小幅上升,但在室温下仍接近水,可用于浸润石膏,加强其强度。浸润氰基丙烯酸盐溶液的石膏具有良好的理化性能,石膏的双轴强度、断裂韧性、抗压强度和布氏硬度分别提高了39%、30%、63%和18%。结论氰基丙烯酸盐可以提高石膏模型强度,具有潜在的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a simple method for strengthening gypsum materials with cyanoacrylate and to study the effect of the concentration of cyanoacrylate solution on the strength of dental gypsum materials. Methods the standard gypsum samples were prepared into 35 mm 脳 4 mm long strips and 20% and 30% solutions of n-butyl cyanoacrylate were prepared and the viscosity of the solution was determined. The dried dental gypsum samples were immersed in butyl cyanoacrylate solution for 8 h and then dried at room temperature. The elastic modulus, fracture toughness, compressive strength, Brinell hardness and biaxial strength of the samples were tested. The data were analyzed by OriginPro 8 software. Results the viscosity test showed that the viscosity of the solution increased slightly within 48 h, but it was still close to water at room temperature, which could be used to infiltrate gypsum and strengthen its strength. The gypsum of the impregnated cyanoacrylate solution has good physical and chemical properties. The biaxial strength, fracture toughness, compressive strength and Brinell hardness of the gypsum are increased by 39% 30% and 18% respectively. Conclusion Cyanoacrylate can improve the strength of gypsum model and has potential clinical application value.
