聚合后处理对化学固化临时冠材料残留单体量的影响

【摘要】:目的:探讨微波和水浴处理对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及双甲基丙烯酸复合树脂临时冠材料残留单体量的影响。方法:2种材料各制备50 mm×30 mm×2 mm长方体9个,分成3组。对照组不处理;微波组在500 W微波条件下处理3 min;水浴组在55℃水中恒温浸泡30 min。获取试件浸提液后用高效液相色谱仪检测残留单体量。结果:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料残留单体质量百分比:微波组(0.21%±0.07%)和水浴组(0.99%±0.17%)均小于对照组(2.60%±0.61%),组间两两比较P0.01。双甲基丙烯酸复合树脂材料残留单体质量百分比3组皆小于0.10%。结论:微波和水浴处理可有效降低聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯残留单体量;双甲基丙烯酸复合树脂临时冠材料无需微波和水浴处理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of microwave and water bath treatment on the residual monomer content of polymethyl methacrylate and dimethacrylic acid composite resin.
