上颌尖牙-侧切牙唇侧易位的分步牵引治疗

【摘要】：目的:探讨应用锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)定位、诊断,指导上颌尖牙-侧切牙唇侧易位的分步牵引治疗。方法:选取在南京医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科矫治的上颌尖牙-侧切牙唇侧易位的青少年患者22例,计26颗尖牙,获取其治疗前的CBCT数据,根据其易位特征分为5类,并依据分类制定矫治方案,模拟矫治步骤与施力的方向,指导临床治疗。结果:19颗Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和部分Ⅳ类易位尖牙牵引复位,3颗Ⅳ、Ⅴ类易位尖牙牵引替代拔除的切牙,2颗Ⅳ类尖牙维持易位,2颗Ⅴ类尖牙被拔除。结论:CBCT辅助上颌唇侧易位尖牙分类,指导治疗方案的制定,提高治疗成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the use of conical bundle CT(cone beam computed tomographyct to locate and diagnose maxillary canine and lateral incisor labial lateral translocation and to guide the step traction treatment of maxillary canine and lateral incisor labial translocation. Methods: Twenty-two adolescent patients with labial translocation of maxillary canine and lateral incisor were selected in the Orthodontic Department of affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. The data of CBCT before treatment were obtained and classified into 5 categories according to their translocation characteristics.
