4种不同印模方法对硅橡胶印模颈缘精确度的临床评价

【摘要】：以94例上颌前牙区全瓷冠修复患者的148颗基牙的印模作研究对象,将患者随机分成4组,以3M ESPE硅橡胶为印模材料,排龈后分别以一次法、二次刮除法、二次打磨法、二次薄膜法制取印模。比较印模颈缘精确度。4种印模方法均可制得合格的印模,二次打磨印模法制取印模效果好,易教易学。
[Abstract]:The impressions of 148 abutment teeth of 94 patients with maxillary anterior tooth restoration were randomly divided into 4 groups. 3M ESPE silicone rubber was used as the impression material, after gingival discharge, the gingival was treated with one time method, two scraping method, and two grinding method respectively. The second film method is used to make the impression. Compared with the precision of the neck edge of impression, 4 kinds of impression methods can make qualified impression. The second grinding impression method has good effect and is easy to teach and learn.
