骨性Ⅱ类错颌下前牙区牙槽骨厚度的测量分析

【摘要】:目的采用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)与计算机辅助测量技术相结合,测量分析不同前牙不齐指数(little’s irregularity index,LII)骨性Ⅱ类错颌畸形下颌前牙区牙槽骨的厚度。方法选取66例骨性Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者的CBCT影像学资料,男性32例,女性34例。采用LII指数对下颌前牙进行轻、中、重度的不同拥挤度分类。使用Mimics 9.0测量分析软件测量下前牙牙根部位冠方、根中的唇舌侧的皮质骨厚度,松质骨厚度及骨总厚度;根尖处唇舌侧的皮质骨厚度、松质骨厚度和骨总厚度及根尖处总骨厚度、总松质骨厚度。结果在根尖处总松质骨厚度和根尖处舌侧松质骨厚度男性女性(P0.05);重度拥挤的冠方唇侧骨总厚度、冠方唇侧皮质骨厚度中度、轻度拥挤者(P0.05);重度拥挤的冠方唇侧松质骨厚度中度拥挤者(P0.05)。男性、女性的支持骨量和拥挤度间具有一定相关性(|r|0.3)。结论下颌前牙区牙槽厚度与下前牙的拥挤程度存在一定相关性;除了根尖处总松质骨厚度和根尖处舌侧松质骨厚度外,下颌前牙的支持骨测量无性别差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the thickness of the alveolar bone in the mandibular anterior mandibular region of class II malocclusion (little 's irregularity index, LII) of different anterior teeth (little' s irregularity index, LII) by combining the conical beam CT (cone-beam computed tomography, CBCT) with the computer aided measurement technique. Methods the CBCT imaging data of 66 patients with skeletal Class II malocclusion were selected. 32 men and 34 women. The LII index was used to classify the mandibular anterior teeth with light, medium and severe crowding. The thickness of the cortex, the thickness of the cancellous bone, the total thickness of the lip, the thickness of the cancellous bone, the thickness of the cancellous bone, the total thickness of the bone, and the total thickness of the labial side of the root were measured by the Mimics 9 analysis software. Total bone thickness and total cancellous bone thickness at the apex. Results the thickness of the total cancellous bone in the apex and the thickness of the lingual cancellous bone at the apex of the male female (P0.05); the total thickness of the lip and side of the crowns of severe crowding, the moderate thickness of the coronal lip cortex, and the mild crowding (P0.05); the thick crowcrowed lip and lateral cancellous bone thickness of moderate crowding (P0.05). There is a certain correlation between the support bone mass and the crowding degree of women (|r|0.3). Conclusion there is a certain correlation between the thickness of the mandibular anterior teeth and the crowding degree of the lower anterior teeth, and there is no sex difference between the mandibular anterior teeth and the mandibular anterior teeth in addition to the thickness of the total cancellous bone at the root tip and the thickness of the lingual cancellous bone at the root tip.
