显微镜下与直视下的超声洁治的根面情况比较研究

【摘要】:目的收集离体牙,分别在显微镜下与直视下超声洁治处理后,观察离体牙的根面情况,以此作为参考,评价牙科显微镜在超声洁治中的作用,为临床使用显微镜提供指导依据。方法1.选择因重度牙周炎拔除的患牙10颗,每颗牙通过随机数法分成两面。一面在显微镜下进行超声洁治,另一面在直视下超声洁治。洁治后用亚甲蓝染色分析,观察牙根表面结石残留情况。2.选择因重度牙周炎拔除的单根牙6颗及因正畸拔除的单根牙2颗,通过随机数法分成4组,分别为显微镜组,直视组,未处理组和正畸牙组。前两组洁治后,将4组用金刚砂车针制成3mm*3mm*1mm的牙根片,于扫描电镜下观察。3.选择因重度牙周炎拔除的单根牙6颗及因正畸拔除的单根牙2颗,通过随机数法分成4组,分别为显微镜组,直视组,未处理组和正畸牙组。前两组洁治后,截取根柱部位,于纳米压痕仪扫描观察。4.选择因重度牙周炎拔除的患牙8颗,使用随机数法分成直视组和显微镜组。洁治后制成3mm*3mm*1mm的牙根片,置于96孔板中接种牙周膜细胞,进行CCK-8实验。结果直视组和显微镜组结石残留差异具有显著性(P0.05),显微镜下结石去除效果较好。电镜下显微镜组表面较平整,有少量碎屑存在,但较直视组少,未见明显划痕。纳米压痕仪结果与电镜观察一致。CCK8实验结果显示显微镜组和直视组差异具有显著性(P0.05)。显微镜组的od值较直视组高,说明显微镜组的细胞增殖较高,更有利于细胞附着生长。结论显微镜有助于提高超声洁治的治疗效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of dental microscope on ultrasonic scaling and to provide guidance for clinical application of ultrasonic scaling for the purpose of observing the root surface of isolated teeth after ultrasonic scaling under microscope and under direct vision respectively, and to evaluate the role of dental microscope in ultrasonic scaling. Method 1. Ten teeth with severe periodontitis were selected and each tooth was divided into two sides by random number method. One side under the microscope under the ultrasonic scaling, the other side under the direct view of ultrasonic scaling. After scaling, methylene blue staining was used to observe the residual condition of stone on the root surface. Six single teeth extracted from severe periodontitis and 2 teeth from orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into four groups: microscope group, direct vision group, untreated group and orthodontic tooth group. After the first two groups were cleansed, 4 groups were made into root slices of 3mm*3mm*1mm with Emery needle, and observed under scanning electron microscope. Six single teeth extracted from severe periodontitis and 2 teeth from orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into four groups: microscope group, direct vision group, untreated group and orthodontic tooth group. After the first two groups were treated, the root column was cut off and observed by nano indentation. Eight teeth with severe periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into open vision group and microscope group. The root slices of 3mm*3mm*1mm were prepared after cleaning and were inoculated with periodontal ligament cells in 96 hole plate for CCK-8 experiment. Results there was a significant difference between the two groups in stone residue (P 0.05), and the removal of stones under microscope was better. Under the electron microscope, the surface of the microscope group was flat, a little debris existed, but less than that of the direct vision group, and no obvious scratch was found. The results of nanoindentation were consistent with the observation of electron microscope. The results of CCK8 experiment showed that there was a significant difference between the microscope group and the direct vision group (P 0.05). The OD value of microscope group was higher than that of direct vision group, which indicated that the cell proliferation in microscope group was higher, which was more favorable for cell attachment and growth. Conclusion microscope is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic scaling.
