氢元素存在形式与钛表面生物学活性体外矿化能力研究

【摘要】:目的:研究氢元素存在形式与钛表面生物学活性相关关系。方法:用硫酸和盐酸对喷砂钛表面进行酸蚀(酸蚀组,SLA,n=3),并对其进行加热处理(450℃)(酸蚀加热组,SLA+HT,n=3),分析其表面形貌、粗糙度、亲水性、表面晶体结构差异。将酸蚀组及加热组钛片浸泡于标准模拟体液中3 d,比较其体外矿化能力。结果:酸蚀后钛表面形成氢化钛,加热至450℃时钛表面形貌及粗糙度没有明显改变,氢化钛分解。模拟体液实验结果示喷砂酸蚀组于第3天无明显羟基磷灰石沉积,加热组钛表面有大量羟基磷灰石沉积。结论:喷砂酸蚀后氢与钛形成的氢化钛对钛表面生物活性无明显促进作用;加热后氢化钛分解,矿化能力增加。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between the forms of hydrogen and the surface biological activity of titanium. Methods: the surface of sandblasted titanium was etched with sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. The surface morphology, roughness, hydrophilicity and crystal structure were analyzed. The titanium tablets of acid etching group and heating group were immersed in standard simulated body fluid for 3 days to compare their mineralization ability in vitro.
